came here on a weekday after lunch rush. Hoping it was an easy go in go out kind of deal. I had heard that they make a really good tuna sandwich and yes they were right they make a fantastic tuna sandwich. The bread was on point as well as the fillings. Definitely not your average tuna sandwich. Will be coming back for all my tuna sandwich needs.
The Gilroy Gators swim team was hosting a very large swim meet at the Morgan Hill Aquatics center with almost 15 teams in attendance and we needed lunch for 60 adults. Jenna and her staff did not disappoint. We needed the sandwiches to be picked up at 10:30 AM which was early for a Saturday. The staff of Pickles came in early to prepare the sandwiches and they were very delicious. We had lots of compliments from the swim coaches how good the sandwiches were. Arrived 2p on a Tuesday. Most tables were full but there was no line at the counter. We were cheerfully greeted as soon as we entered, and our pastrami sandwiches were made up relatively quickly and exactly as ordered (we substituted other cheeses). Very tasty, and free cookies are always nice! I especially appreciate being able to order a half sandwich. They're a little more expensive than, say, Erik's, but the included cookie offsets that a bit.
