The food, environment were excellent. The service was below average, water not refilled, server not accurate with food serving size, caesar salad not offered additional cheese or pepper, and leftovers we had to pack. It took a while to get our plates cleared. It looked like there was only 1 busboy for the whole restaurant and the guy looked over worked. The hostess was polite, helpful, and for our special day sat us in a wonderful location.
The owner of this place is really wonderful. As a vetran I appreciate his generosity and support. Every Tuesday they offer a free entree to vetrans and active military. I thank the owner from the bottom of my heart for being so generous and caring. Thank you ladera
Four of my girlfriends and I just finished having dinner at Ladera, what a treat. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service. I made reservations for a party of six, we ended up only having five for dinner hemce we asked if we could move to a booth and they graciously allowed us to move. The booth more comfortable and intimate. We enjoyed five entrees, three of us had the pasta special, one of us had the antipasto and another had the hamburger with fries....
