We stopped at this restaurant on the bay for lunch, but first it take a while before someone helped us. One waitress was just chatting with customers. And when we were serviced it was done by an elderly lady who probably hated her life and didn't want to serve any more customers rhis year. We felt so uninvited and unwelcome, that we left. Would strongly recommend not earing here and the end of the season.

Stood around waiting to be seated for lunch. Looked to be understaffed. That's fine. But we decided to leave when the female waiter snapped at us while we were waiting for our existence to be acknowledged lol. No thank you. She might be overworked or stressed or going through a rough patch. I get it. I hope she feels better. But we definitely weren't going to pay to be around abrasive energy.

The seafood pasta was so good. I wasn't expecting it to be like a soup, but I have zero complaints. Copious amounts of clams, shrimp, and fish. The noodles were perfectly cooked. It was fantastic. Service was very good as well. Welcoming and warm atmosphere. Waitress was very attentive and nice. Dined in the evening of the 12th of Sep.

We didn’t even get a chance to try the food because the waitress chased us away with her extremely rude attitude. Customer service has very clear standards of behavior that were completely ignored here. This place clearly doesn’t care about the quality of their service. Definitely do not recommend.

We had a really disappointing breakfast, service was very poor didn't seem bothered, the food was poor, poached egg flooded with water and big thick chunk of ham was expecting bacon. Left all of it the server never asked if it was okay and we paid in full.

Had lunch and went back for dinner. At lunch I had a BLTA. The food was excellent. Ate on the outdoor patio. The friendly kind of place where you get to know the people at the next table! For Dinner, we went back. We had been eating a lot, so they kindly allowed me to have a chicken quesadilla from the children's menu. Served with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Wonderful, friendly server.
Atmosphere 4 stars, for beautiful bayside view but I preferred the local art that was displayed by past owners. Moving on, the Cali burger was delicious with the perfect fresh sliced avocado and bacon but the coleslaw was tasteless therefore four stars for Food. Now for the service: There was only one waitress working and gave us great service, I did not expect that with as many customers she had, so Five stars.

We have eaten at this bistro every single time we come to Morro Bay, we order the Rock for breakfast and pancakes, we split since the portions are very generous. But, today we had the worst experience with the waitress. I know it’s Monday but she brought in the weekend with her this morning. I will not be coming back again. People should leave their messy lives and problems at home, specially if you are a server!
