Local Mexican Grill near the water provides a relaxing atmosphere with options to sit inside or outside. I tried the Cubana Torta with a chicken Milanesa mixed in and it was beyond amazing. Hands down the best torta Cubana I've had between here and Florida. The service was exceptional with great recommendations. Will definitely return.

It’s hard to judge where to go because I feel like a lot of reviews are fake. I’m pleased to say this place was legit. My burrito wasn’t over loaded with rice like they do at some places and the meat was tender and full of flavor. I saw my girlfriend raise her eyebrows in surprise as she took a bite of her taco. She said it was good and she’s a tough critic when it comes to Mexican food. We frequent Morro Bay so we will definitely return.
Very good food, exceptional service, and very good guacamole. This place has traditional food and we loved it. Salsa is spicy, chips were kinda thick, and the atmosphere was nice. Overall it's worth it.

Chapala is the BEST. I ordered My taco salad that was made wrong. I took It back and explained it was no problem I just Would like a new one made. As I was Waiting, the owner or head chef, unsure of his name, took care of my issue quickly and said come on over and have a seat, pulled out my chair for me with a bowl of chips and salsa. I was In no rush or upset by any means, just wanted the best taco salad in the world with no beans!! They have my upmost respect, business and recommendation.
