Delicious food with a friendly staff in a typical dinner atmosphere! Good portions for a faire price!

Across from the harbour with a great view of Morro rock - a tiny sweet cafe awaits you with delicious food and friendly staff. LGBTQ friendly, come a little early to put your name on the list as this place is popular!

Best breakfast in Morro. Hate to let the secret out. Loved my Sammie. Coffee is the good stuff! Real servers! Love it here!

They are open until 2pm. A little tight seating, small. Good menu, lots of selections. Very friendly

The BEST eggs Benedict ever. I am a huge lover of eggs benny and order it all the time especially on vacations or traveling and this one blew me away. It’s all in the hollendaise sauce and F&L’s gets it so right, it’s insane. Loved it!

I went there for breakfast on a short vacation. The inside is quaint but small. The waiter got to me after sitting for a few minutes to take my order. A lot of places will ask if you want coffee as being seated. I ordered the meat omelette (forgot the name) which came out fairly quickly. The house potatoes were very dark and appeared over cooked BUT that may be their style of house potatoes. The omelette was decent size but not flavorfull. The meat was plenty but bland. The Tobasco I asked for came to me and it looked so old, it was no longer red but pale in color and smelled rancid. There was no toast with the omelette so you would have to order that for an extra charge. I never was checked on and NEVER asked if I wanted a coffee refill. I will not be returning, but try them yourself, as they have many good reviews.

Have not been here for 7 years....before that every Thanksgiving for years. This was the families' favorite breakfast place, it WAS outstanding, then. It must've changed hands because it is a big disappointment now. The avocado toast was covered with Tahini, couldn't taste the avocado. The sourdough it was on couldn't be cut with a knife and difficult to chew. The poached egg was good. Sausage, eggs and toast were satisfactory, big hunks of potatoes dry and bland. They are just cashing in on the name and reputation sadly.

Absolutely awful. Forty-five minutes to be seated while there were open tables and at least one 2-top seated at two tables pushed together. Another forty-five minutes before they realize the kitchen "lost" our ticket. (Inb4 the ornery cook/husband rushes to reply and tries to justify the absent-minded service.)

Drinks, then another ten minutes to take our order. Then at least a half hour while parties who were seated later than us received their orders. Nobody checks on us for at least 30 min‌, even staff who I saw look at our empty-a** table.

Finally a server comes and tells us they lost our ticket but are going to start on the order now and it'll be ready in 10-15min. By then we'd already been there an hour and a half including the wait time. Lmao. Didn't offer to comp part of the meal or at all accommodate the terrible service, so we got up and left. Thanks for the coffee, I guess.

I’m not quite sure why there was a wait at Frankie and Lola’s, as the food didn’t quite live up to the hype. Their take on Eggs Benedict was bland and disappointing, lacking the flavor you’d expect from such a classic dish. Overall, the food was pretty lackluster. The one saving grace was the cinnamon roll—it was truly a gem, warm, gooey, and full of flavor. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the rest of the experience. Wouldn’t rush back, but maybe worth a stop just for the cinnamon roll.
