Always friendly service, fresh food and the beer baklava I've ever had.

Atmosphere is a bit weird (seating outside, order/pay at the door, no trash bin accessible) but the food is good and the people are better.

Every time I try this place I am so disappointed! The quality is sub-subpar. Fromunder cooked meat to soggy pizzas to limp lettuces. It’s just such a shame.

Wonderful food! I got the shawarma plate and side of falafel and my husband got a gyro sandwich. Both were good and EVERYTHING was amazing! The owner even made sure that we saw our food before packing it up for us. Such a gem!

So glad we ended up eating here. I wish we had done it sooner, because I would have gone back again and again. I would honestly say it was the best meal on our vacation. We ate at a lot of delicious spots, but this was a truly great and unexpected family owned location with just the freshest and most delicious eats. You could tell it was all fresh and made from scratch, with lots of love. There was no indoor dining, it was more of a walk up and order and sit at the tables on the street, but the food was so good it didn't matter. And the owners were just so friendly and sweet, it was like being at a family members house (that you like).Don't pass up the opportunity to go here!

Best falafel I’ve ever had! I remember coming here when they had just opened several years ago and I was taken with how kind and warm the owner is. Of course we got a sample of his incredible food and had to order a whole meal even though we’d already had dinner!
best margherita pizza. mozzarella cheese most excellent. Loved the crust and how fluffy it was like a true Italian pizza. Fresh!
The pizza is unbelievably good, and Ibrahim is so friendly and wonderfully welcoming. Treats us like family (the kind of family you like)!

Ordered the chicken shawarma plate and falafel; would recommend both. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly and had a great conversation with my wife and I while we were waiting for our takeout. Will be returning and recommend this spot as an alternative to the more touristy (expensive) restaurants down near the water.

Thought this would be a great option as we love middle eastern food. Very disappointing and would not eat here again if in the area
Service is great loved the ownerHowever it was the worst gyro I’ve ever hadMeat was dry and no flavor , didn’t even heat up the breadI wanted it to be goodHopefully it will improve
My friend and I were walking back to the car discussing where we should eat and (presumably the) owner stopped us on the sidewalk and suggested we eat there, in the most charismatic way possible. The food was delicious and the baclava was AMAZING. 10/10

We decided to try the Grape Leaf for lunch during a visit to Morro Bay. The menu is posted on the window. The restaurant offers take out, that you order from the street . There are a few tables on the sidewalk. We had a mixed group of vegan and non-vegan. The menu offered something for everyone. We had the falafel plate, that came with delicious fresh made pita, hummus, roasted eggplant, about 5 small falafel, and a small side salad. We also had Arabic coffee and my dining companion had a side of turmeric rice. The food was excellent, the owner and his wife jovial and entertaining. A few stars off for outside tables, and no restrooms.
We ate here earlier this week on our anniversary trip. The food was fantastic, the couple that run it are super cute, fun, entertaining. The highlight was the baklava. We usually don’t get desert, but decided to on a whim. It was absolutely magical. Ended up getting another one. So delicious. Hopefully if we can get an extended family trip in Morro bay planned, I’d love to have them bake a full pan of it for us. So amazing! Highly retesting here.
