Arrived 20 mins past the online pickup time. Waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. They let me know that it hadn’t been put in the oven yet. Then, they ran out of ranch and didn’t have any left for me. Very disappointed considering the price of their pizza.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, got charged but the pizza didn’t show it. Dough was tough, over cooked and several bubbles and was barely sliced. The person who helped us was polite but the quality was very disappointing.

Good Pizza! We shared a large King Arthur. Staff very kind and flexible. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and they made us a wonderful pizza plus supplied us with everything needed as toppings. 👌🏼

We bought 3 pizzas cost for delivery. Cost was over $100 without driver tip.
We opened the boxes and all the pizzas were burnt. The flavor was not what I remembered pizza hut for. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I’ve gone there twice and both times the same guy was there. He acts like he’s proud to be there and provide a good eating experience. The pizza was great and the restaurant was empty and pleasant to sit in. Give thst guy a raise.

Pizza was great. Service was also great. I think they were a little short staffed so all the tables were dirty I didn’t have a problem sitting at 2 separate tables with our family since they were the only 2 clean tables. They seemed a little busy from a dinner rush. Also the soda in machines were out.
We have been sitting here for over an hour and a half. I've seen 8 pizzas sent out since we've been here, for people that have arrived and ordered 30 minutes after us. Every time I go up to counter to inquire, they tell me mine is coming right out of the oven only for them to give it to other tables. Avoid this place at all costs.

I never write reviews but I felt as though Justin from round table deserved a 5 star! I am super sick at home in bed and was craving some pizza! I ordered myself a pizza and when it came it was different than what I had ordered. Since it was gluten free and delivery it ended up being around $35 so I figured I’d call and see if I could get new one that was made correct or figure out a solution. Justin was more than accommodating, he was kind and his customer service was outstanding. We found a solution and I felt heard and validated when it came to the order being wrong. So although I called with a complaint, I left the phone being a happy customer. Thanks Justin!
