“Forgot” our pizza ?they forgot our pizza (1) but they gave the people who ordered after us (6+ pizzas) first.we waited for an hour and they didn’t bother checking up on us.we were sitting close yet were still ignored. maybe because we’re hispanic? not so sure but i was so disappointed.

Customer past ten fifteen years..walked in other day as I was shopping and needed to use the restroom..owner was rude and told me I needed to ask first, implying there were homeless around. I asked him don't you recognize me I've been coming to this location and Osos twenty years guy. He acted like he'd never seen me before. Bye Round Table, we won't be back.

It turns out that ennui tastes remotely like pizza--and they are heaping it on the "pizza" here at the local Round Table. The experience is controlled first by the late-teens-early-twenties' craven slack-jawed apathy, something that threatens your very existence with its soul-sucking banality, like an industrial 80s horror film. Oh, and the pizza sucked.

Good pizza but I waited 15 minutes for my beer while employees mingled. The first thing you do is serve the drinks. Its not that hard.

The pizza is decent but 5 out of the last 6 times we have ordered here, our order was made wrong. It's either missing ingredients, the wrong size, or just the wrong pizza all together. The owner won't issue refunds but tries to just send out more pizza to make it right, which doesn't help when you have to wait another 30 minutes on top of the 40 minutes you have already waited. Tonight is the last time we will be order from here, and I expect my refund to be back on my card by tomorrow since the manager or owner decided to argue with me about it and send his driver back to pick up the pizza instead of just fixing the charge.

We ordered a pizza for delivery tonight. We wanted a small pizza and the only crust option through the app was gluten free for that size pizza, which I found odd, but OK. I didn't see GF represented as a photo on the website so made an assumption it would look like the regular crust. Oh how wrong I was. I will say that this assumption was MY mistake, I should have called and asked questions about the GF crust, and request a regular one. The pizza arrived quickly, but seemed cold-ish despite it being in an insulated carrier. Unfortunately, this pizza was one of the worst I've ever tasted. The crust was thick and dense and gritty. One bite of the crust and I was OUT, as was my husband. To the hotel trash can it went so we didn't have to smell it in our room.That said, the service was fast, the driver was nice and friendly. Absolutely no complaints there. Next time I'm traveling I'll call and ask questions!
Pizza was perfect for me this time. Asked for a little extra crispy, and they nailed it just right. Salad bar was fresh and good. Peaceful atmosphere and great customer service.

So maybe it's just me or maybe it's the times we live in but almost everywhere you go all the staff are brand new and you have to expe t delays. This place is no different with multiple new staff, computer errors, and all kinds of items not available. Ordering the pizza took longer than it did to cook it. I hope this location picks up the pace because it's a much needed addition to this small town.

Round table is my go to! Fast and friendly service but my last 3 orders have been wrong... don't get me wrong I'll still enjoy the pizza but it's just disappointing when your looking forward towards your favorite pizza and don't get it :(
