Came in at 7:45 pm. Ordered sandwiches for the whole family. They told us meatballs were not available, looking in the case I could see that area was mostly empty and cleaned. When paying, the staff asked if it was for here or to go, which was funny because when we said for here they told us it has to be to go because they have already cleaned the store. So the menu may be lacking at the end of the day because they pack things up well before closing and everything has to be to go because they already swept the floors. This was over an hour before closing. Management should allow them time after closing to do these things

How the **** are gonna make door dash orders in the middle of me and my son ordering our food.. The guy took multiple breaks to stop and let our food just sit while he makes other orders .. like I understand it's busy but holy **** it took the guy 15 mins to get us out of an empty store to make 2 six inch sandwiches... No excuses! Corporate needs to repremend this location as you can clearly read the other reviews .. horrible experience!!

This place needs new employees! Two young employees (one of which was hanging with another woman gossiping, not on break presumably) while the other employee, a young man taking a slow pace to us near the register to ask if we are dining in or have placed an order online. While that happened, prior to their lack of service, we did order online 15+ minutes prior and came empty handed and waited inside watching them make our food we placed and order of almost 15-30 minutes prior, all he had to say was “oh, right” This establishment needs better handling or the very least, an active manager watching over these people! One star.

Terrible costumer service!!!! I placed my order 15 mins before and when I walked in one of the employees were standing in the front with her friend and she was not in break! And the other employee was just in the back acting slow. And I had to wait an extra 15 mins for my order

They open at 8am, but person didn't get there until 815am and still had to pull out pans. Never greeted me and once I ask when online ordering will be open she says they don't accept online orders. So I walked out went to Starbucks and placed an online order. Order was ready when I got there. Again no greeting. I just grabbed my sandwiches and left.
The sign says they close at 9pm and at 8:30 they don't want to take orders and if they do they give you attitudeBy law you are required to allow your customers to use the restrooms if you have a lobby, this place won't let you use the restrooms... how are you supposed to wash your hands???I'm curious to see how this place passes inspection.
