I love Taco Bell, but not this one. The loaded nachos come with only 5 chips, and salsa spread all around on an almost empty plate. I went to ask them if it's all right? The lady said that everything is okay, and only 5 chips are good. The French fries were cold. So disappointed.

Had probably the worst experience that made me never want to go back after being a very long time customer. Waited 49 minutes from start to finish for our order. Multiple people who had ordered far behind us got their food way before us. My biggest issue, it’s almost like they make it so cold in there so that people don’t stay in there. It was colder inside than outside, when it was 57 DEGREES OUTSIDE AT 11PM!!! Got our food and it was honestly the worst taco bell I’ve had. I’ve gotten really bad food from this taco bell before, but combined with all the other factors that happened during my last experience, I will never be back to this Taco Bell.

Probably the best Taco Bell I've been to in 10-15 years. Took longer to order (thanks to the size) than to prepare... and they actually got an order for 5 (with 3 picky children) completely correct!
