As a local, I have taste tested all the Morro Bay shops from oldest to newest. Top Dog Makes the BEST cappuccino in town. I'm pretty particular and they don't disappoint me!
Temporarily closed for repairs. Store has been closed for over 2 weeks now and has a note saying they're closed for repairs. Great little coffee shop. Can't wait for them to re open.

The interior and exterior Garden spaces in the back in the sunshine are lovely and have a vintage Central Coast vibe.
The coffee is outstanding. The restaurant the same. It's by far the best in downtown
