This is by far one of the best places for authentic Mexican food. It's a food truck that cooks better then majority of restaurants and taquerias! I happened to stumble upon it while staying at the Captains Inn down the street. What astonished me the most was how affordable everything is! The breakfast burrito was amazing. The carne asada tacos were delicious! The meat had so much flavor and had the perfect tenderness. Unlike so many taquerias that have bland chewy carne asada. Another thing that stood out was the quesabirrias tacos they were crispy and packed with flavor. I loved the food and prices that I came back the next day to try more lol. The people were very polite and cooked everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend checking this place out. Whenever I'm in the area this is going to be my go to spot now. Heck, I may even make the long drive from San Jose for the sole purpose to eat those delicious Quessabirrias tacos again! I hope they expand and come to San Jose or anywhere in the bay area.

The tacos here are heavenly. Ordered quesabirria and chicken mole tacos and they were possibly the best I've had, so good that I forgot about life for a few minutes.

Wonder food truck near Little Baja and Valero Gas station just north of Moss Landing on your way to Watsonville. The husband and wife team are ALWAYS friendly. Their food is great. I usually stick to a basic carne asada burrito or tacos. But anything from Tortas to meats/preparations usually found only at terrestrial taquerias and not a food truck. We often plan our travels so we can pick up a quick lunch or dinner during our travels between Monterey and Santa Cruz. Nothing more to add except it's nice to see the same couple and consistent quality at their little spot!

Quick stop for lunch! Kiddos loved the quesadillas… and the tacos are yummy! Cute little garden by hand washing station.
Cheap, fast, and delicious taco truck. We got super burritos and tacos and were quite pleased. We ate on site, standing around the two small tables outside the food truck.

Located on Highway 1 in Moss Landing theres a hidden gem of a food truck serving mouth watering quesabirria tacos. Served with consume,radish,and lemon.Always fresh ingredients. I highly recommend you stop by. The price is fair for what is being served. Customer service is great.
