This is a very unorganized business. Placed an order, paid for it, traveled to Moss Landing to pick up and NO ONE WAS THERE AND NEITHER WAS MY ORDER. They wasted my time and gas. Never got the order Never provided an explanation or apology. Now I'm having to dispute the charge as despite the representation that it was refunded, THERE iS NO REFUND APPEARING. So disgusted.
Having no way to reply to their response. I add the following: None of their response true. There was no order placed outside. There was no info about the alleged next day fulfillment either. There was no explanation. It cost me time and money and never reached out. And, I see no credit issued whatsoever so I will be further inconvenienced disputing this charge.

Superb product, great concept, but miserable delivery. Day late delivery last 3 deliveries; late or no notice of delay. One of the delivery was to have been replaced with fresh fish but was not - thank goodness it wasn't a hot day.

This place is garbage, poor quality , really expensive and really bad customer service from socalled manager. Not to mention the drug addicts they have working their. Delivery driver almost crash into me and another vehicle san francisc area. Smoking METH while driving. I posted video online since they believe me, put them on blast. TWEAKER COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM FISH HERE VERY POOR FISH QUALITY!

We absolutely love our weekly Reql Good Fish delivery! Incredibly fresh local fish, great variety- sometimes things you can’t even get in stores. What an awesome way to try new fish and appreciate the incredible bounty of our local ocean.

I purchased a Father’s Day box, $165. They mentioned a possible additional fee online but when I ordered the box the fee was not shown. I was charged $60 for shipping. They sent me an email after I was charged saying they didn’t realize where I lived. I don’t believe it’s okay to charge someone a fee without their agreement to the fee. People should have the option to cancel.

Fish is delicious, but I have been desperately trying to unsubscribe because I moved away and they keep delivering and charging me for delivery at an old address. I have been putting my delivery on hold for months, I have called, left voicemails and sent emails and I am still paying when I forget to put the delivery on hold.
