We both had the Greek Salad and added chicken and what a perfect balanced meal, pickled red onion, yummy balsamic dressing,
very ample and filling! Great green smoothie and awesome Americano. Very refreshing when you don’t know the place and traveling - and an awesome view of Mt Shasta from inside.Thank You Alia

Get the lentil soup, and you can't miss with the bowls. (Quinoa/Avocado/Zucchini/chicken/Lemon for me)
While in town, I visited this place three times. I ordered the vegan bagel with tempeh protein and it was quite wholesome. The beet root juice was also great. The young adult at the counter also offered vegan protein option for smoothie. I really admired the attitude. Their turmeric beverage was too good and so was the chai latte. For the first couple of times, the young adults working there were super friendly and welcoming. The third time, I did not feel the same vibe (and no it was not the young adults). As I entered the restaurant, I held the door for a staff member as she came out with plates serving an old gentleman outside. She did not say thanks and did not even look at me. I kept the door open in case she was coming in (the table she was serving outside was right next to the door). No thanks, no nothing. I went to the counter finding her to be my order taker. She did take the order nicely but something was off. My beverage came out pretty well, but I didn't feel the same vibes like the first two times. Great atmosphere, otherwise. Met a wise local at this place!

My fiance and I shared a mango dragon smoothie and a friend of ours got an acai bowl. First off, it took a long time to get our order for a smoothie but that's not that bad of an issue. The real problem was the flavor. Both our smoothie and our friends acai bowl had NO FLAVOR. It tasted like frozen ice with a pinch of something. Our smoothie tasted like watered down strawberries. No touch of mango or anything else for that matter. It was so bad, we threw it away almost immediatly. For $9 dollars, this is ridiculous. Tasted like several year old bags of frozen produce. Will never go here again.

I’ll start by saying I never leave reviews, but this was one of the biggest waste of monies so I’m putting this here as a warning.
Let’s start with the service. The fact they don’t have paper menus and that you’re forced to try and read an LCD screen is crazy. For those of us with bad eyesight good luck.
Now the food. I got the ‘turkey mayhem’ bagel, and the fact they thought they could charge $15 for it was absolute mayhem. my partner got the ‘time stopper’ bagel, ironically, we couldn’t leave fast enough. The bagels weren’t toasted. the avocado wasn’t ripe. The mushrooms were uncooked. The melted cheese was half melted, and everything basically tasted like cardboard, as you’d expect.
This place is a great example of tacky, tasteless capitalists trying to make money off a ‘healthy breakfast joint’. We spent $30… Don’t make our mistake.

We got 2 of the vegan bagel sandwiches and they were very tasty! They were out of vegan mayo so they subbed vegan ranch on the sandwiches and it was so good. The tempeh bacon was flavorful! For the sides we got the vegan butternut squash chili and chips and mango salsa. Both were good! The chili definitely has a kick, but very delicious and flavorful. We wanted to try their vegan Reuben but their deep fryer was broken. We will be back to try it!

Smoothies, bowls, salads, sandwiches All with vegan options. Always a great choice. My favorite is the Blasted Vegan
The best lunch spot on Mount Shasta. Attracts a hip and cool crowd of patrons. I’ve been here a couple times and I always run into someone I know here. The food and drinks are healthy and incredible. Acai bowls, avocado toasts, tempeh bagels, fresh pressed juice, espresso, and more. Everything is about as healthy as you can get. Great for vegetarians and vegans. Friendly and helpful staff! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Really cool place to meet up with friends.

Healthy | popular spot
I’m a big fan of this place. My family and I were on a roadtrip back home. We stopped here to grab some food before continuing on our journey, and I’m so glad we did because it’s better than the junk food drive thrus on the road.
Excellent menu variety. Smoothies are $9! I’ve been to many other places where smoothies are anywhere from $12-$17. Clean and healthy ingredients.
We got three smoothies and two bowls ($17). For the bowls, I chose white rice with marinated tempeh, the #1 combo: kale, broccoli, mushroom and lemon tahini sauce. They pack their bowls with the ingredients!! You are definitely full after eating this. I recommend the marinated tempeh with these.
Service is great! They’re very friendly. Because this spot is very popular, you may find yourself waiting a little bit for your order. It’s worth it though. Fresh food.
Ambiance is like a nice cozy coffee shop feel. They have artists come to perform sometimes too. Great view of Mt Shasta. Parking is available on the street.
We will be back every time we’re on the road.
