I built a bowl with quinoa tempeh broccoli kale mushrooms and a yummy sauce and added avocado and it was perfect filled me up and was delicious.
My vegan bagel sandwich was delicious, as was the kombucha.
Great vegan options, fresh ingredients.
Only place we found in Shasta
Very tasty smoothie
I’ve tried this place twice! Yesterday, I had the turkey bagel and green smoothie—the smoothie was really tasty. Today, I went with the mango dragonfruit smoothie, and it was also delicious. The place could definitely be cleaner—it was a bit sticky—but the staff was really friendly and welcoming
Have only been here once a year ago and came again recently & didn’t want to come again. Both times I was unimpressed by the service and quality of food as something described as a thrive bar. I get that this place uses some fresh stuff but it doesn’t really seem like they opt for quality with everything including their milks that they make smoothies with.
I have had both açaí and smoothies from here and would not recommend it or come here again. They were so plain.
The service felt like I was an inconvenience, perhaps this was from coming last minute but just felt dry. This was the same experience I had a year ago.
I wanted a healthy reataurant in Mt. Shasta and this was perfect. The best avocado toast you'll ever have. Mine came with a sliced egg and microgreens. Delicious 12 oz. Fresh raw juices, all sorts of flavors. Most wete ordering their acai bowls, but plenty of nice options here. Live music was playing in the dining room area, though i sat at the counter outside.
Amazing experience.....
I came here a couple days ago. The tables were super dirty and I’m still not sure how you eat the vegan bagel sandwich?? By unhinging your jaw? Yeah, congrats you made a tall sandwich. Had to take it apart and eat it and the bagel wasn’t even toasted. The woman who took my order was super snarky, and judging by the comments made on the reviews here, I’ll assume that’s the one. Oh well. Every Mountain town needs a bitter shrew!

This place is a perfect little stop. Special shout out to Rebecca who absolutely saved my life by finding and shipping my wallet to me after I left it while moving north. She brought it to the fedex dropoff herself and saved me what could have been five extra hours on the road. Thank you Rebecca.
Was on a roadtrip, needed some avocado toast, and let me tell you this place delivered. Some of the best avocado toast I’ve ever had! Hard boiled eggs on top!? I would have never thought of that and it was amazing.
Great vegan options! Friendly staff and the kombucha is awesome. The place could be a little cleaner but definitely recommend eating here.
Thrive bar is simply the most amazing place in the world. It is here I had the best gluten free bagel sandwich I have ever had in my life. It was the Blasted Vegan and it was aptly named because it blasted me off into sensational plant based paradise. Also had the green smoothie, quite good, and the chili, quite good as well, they put vegan cheese without me even having to ask. Thrive bar love you lots .. Stay frosty
We came, because nothing else was open and I’m vegan. The food was decent. The coffee was bad and it was actually kinda pricey. I was surprised that they don’t cut or toast a bagel sandwich. Left full had to go get a different coffee. The service was very good.
Dietary restrictions: They have good vegan options
