I've always loved going here throughout the years but the past few years the place has sucked. Idk what they're doing to the crust but it's not crisping up like it should on the bottom. The top gets burned and the crust stays undercooked. Now last night we got some for a sleepover and I found this piece of plastic on my second piece. Then in the middle of the night I got deathly ill and had to run to the bathroom about 3 times. I'm done with ever going here....

I've been to this location before, & the service has always been great. This visit had my order ready to go & I was able to get in and out very quickly with a staff member assisting me to gather it all & bag it up for easier transportation. Papa Murphy's Pizza is my favorite take n bake pizza place, with this location being fantastic.

I would love to give the Mt. Shasta branch 5 stars but just can't....every 3 or 4th order they get our phone order blatantly wrong. The topping amounts are not what they used to be, sadly. Nice people on the phone but you just need to get it dialed in.
