The pizza was ok it was the atmosphere that ruined it for us. The server was rude and not helpful. We had to endure listening to Adele in our left ear and easy e in our right as the kitchen was blasting gangster rap. When I asked our awesome server with blue hair if they could turn that off he did have them turn it down a little lol. I could tell there was either no manager on duty or one that lets everyone act like teenagers doing a school project. From the cook balancing the giant spatula on his nose while cooking our pizza to the constant laughing and playing around without any care to the customers. Might I add the 5 ceiling fans going while it was snowing was awesome in its own right! Decent pizza but it will take my wife demanding we try it again to go back when visiting for me.

Beware of a group tip. Uniformed about this tip and tipped extra. I gave my waitress a heads up on a separate ticket and she paid no mind. Watch your ticket before you tip. Ended up tipping 17$ not being aware of the group (separating bill) tip.

There are great food options in mount shasta. This is one of them. Amazing fire roasted pizzas, drinks, chicken sandwich, burgers and more. Highly recommend.

Disappointed in the chicken marsala. Pale and flavorless sauce(I dont think it had any marsala wine) veggies, why were they chopped? Scalloped potatoes were still raw :( and 1 measly chicken cutlet for $25, definitely not worth it.

Not bad, not awesome. Went there on a Thursday evening and got seat immediately but in a traffic area by bar. Food came fast...a little too fast. Was fine but wouldn't say was great. Won't go again.

Yo, the pizzas here are the real deal. The kids pizza (3 toppings of their choice) are massive (see photo) twice the size of my sons face. We got the GOAT pizza, as recommended by the man behind the recipe. Thin crust, amazing texture. We also ordered the soups- minestrone and tomato- generous servings. They were pretty busy on a Wednesday night, so get there early.

I would have given this place a solid 4 or 5 stars, but after you read what our experience was, you will see why I gave them 2 stars. My wife and I used to come to Mt. Shasta area all of the time to recharge and release stress. The last few years, with the pandemic, and the birth of our son, we haven't had a chance to take any type of vacation. Fast forward to this week, with my birthday coming up this Saturday, we chose to take our son for his first trip to Mt. Shasta. We typically have our "go-to" spots that we eat at, but Bistro 107 was closed today. We drove past Sparky's and the sign outside showed they have margherita pizza, which we LOVE. So we stopped in. My wife loves italian food, so she was excited to see that they had meatballs. My wife asked the lady who seated us if the meatballs contained pork, since we have a religious belief plus allergy towards pork. The lady instructed us to check with our waitress. The waitress comes, my wife asks "is there pork in the meatballs". The waitress states "absolutely not. My wife informed her that we do not eat pork. The waitress says "Understood." Based on that information, she ordered the meatballs. The meatballs arrive, my wife tastes them, and tells me "I think these might be pork." I remind her that the waitress said it was 100% beef. My wife says "well I'm going to wait to confirm with her again before we give our son a meatball."the waitress returns, my wife asks "are you SURE this isn't pork? because it tastes like it might have italian sausage in it, and we dont eat pork." The waitress says "oh no, it's 100% beef, we use italian seasoning with breadcrumbs and that gives it the taste."My wife was still skeptical, but gave some to our son. A short while later, my wife still had a funny feeling, and started feeling ill. She goes to a different waitress and asks if there is pork in the meatballs. The other waitress asks the chef, who confirms YES it is a blend of pork and beef!! So now my wife and son have eaten pork, which we consider forbidden meat in our religion, and also my wife gets sick. WHAT THE FUCK! We confirmed TWICE with the waitress and she confidently assured us it was ground beef. So we go tell the manager. At first, all he said was "sorry." When the other waitress came over to check on us again, I told her how I felt, and that my wife is now sick, with only a "sorry." So the waitress goes and talks to the manager again, and he walks up and gives my wife $10. yay! our vacation is ruined but we got $10 back from the $90 we spent. The good part about the visit was everything that happened PRIOR to us being poisoned. The pizza was great, the chicken wings were great, the beverages were great, ambiance was great, and I was telling myself i'm going to write an amazing review for this place. We usually go to "say cheese" for our pizza, and i was about to propose a switch, but this experience, and the lack of a true apology ($10 is not worth being sick and having our spiritual practices disrespected)i'm saddened by this experience.

I like a few of their cocktails. Food has always left much to be desired. Service has been fine.

One of Mt. Shasta's gems. Casual atmosphere, good food, good people. Try the pizza sticks!Parking: Streetside parking is a bit cramped depending on the hour, but there’s a great little off-street parking lot super close.

Delicious. Came to Mount Shasta for a weekend getaway. The husband wanted steak and I wanted something tasty. Chicken Marsala was so good I made it from scratch at home tonight for my fam. Just really well done. Good friggin food.

If you're not looking for healthy food, a decent meal, a comfortable atmosphere, and quality service, Sparky's is a good choice. I was not terribly impressed with their food, but the people I went with seemed to enjoy it. No one I was with was terribly impressed either; the salads had a few of old and slimy pieces in it and wasn't particularly yummy, but other dishes were pretty good. It's not the place to go if you tend towards indigestion, but for your average American meal, it will suffice. I didn't go there for the food, but to have a quiet meeting place that served decent food. What I liked best was that they have twice the seating sections. The one we sat in was quiet enough that we could easily carry on a conversation with my mother - who has some hearing challenges. She could hear everything, without noises restaurant noises distracting her. The service is excellent, and - if you like beer - several people commented that their drafts are quite good, reasonably priced and generous portions.
