Absolutely LOVE this movie theater. This theater is walking distance from my house so we walk here. Due to all of the bad reviews, we haven’t given this place a shot, and because of that we missed out!

This place is INCREDIBLY CLEAN, the workers are all really nice. These negative reviews are honestly complaining about such small things. When the workers pass by, they bend down , whisper and don’t disturb you.

I LOVE the pre show, it makes the movie experience so special and exciting. The food is fast food but this is a movie theater so what do you expect? It still tastes really great. The ordering process is so easy, fast, and efficient.

There is a noise policy where you get one warning before being escorted out. However, the sound is so loud so you have to be an actual disruption to be kicked out. I’ve gone to 2 of-13 movies with my kids and have never had any issues.

Last but not least, it’s not crowded and fairly priced.

I’ve been here a few times since the reopening. Ordering is easy and I love eating while watching a movie. The seats are comfortable and the food is pretty good, especially for a movie theater. The food is decently priced but the popcorn and soda is ridiculously overpriced.

This is such a fun spot, with a mix of classic cinema and new blockbusters always on rotation. We came here for a showing of Vertigo, and then again for their Back to the Future movie party. Seats are quite comfortable, and service is fast without being distracting during the movie. We will be back!

I have been a frequent patron of Alamo Drafthouse for years, but this most recent visit was a disappointing experience. We arrived to the theater well before the movie started and promptly ordered food, but didn't receive our drinks or food until nearly an hour and 20 minutes into the screening. People around us who had arrived and ordered after us received their food promptly, including additional orders after receiving the first. I understand that food/drinks don't always arrive sequentially, but seeing people who walked into the theater just as the opening credits started, get their food within in 15 minutes was very frustrating. We only received a portion of our order after raising an order card to alert them that we hadn't received our entire order. In addition, the food runners consistently didn't deliver food to the correct seat, which later resulted in our neighbors' food/drink items being added to our bill and realizing items we ordered had been delivered mistakenly to neighbors on either side of us. We never received our full orders even after alerting the staff, but the missing items were still included on our bill. It's one thing to mess up a final bill by including other attendees' items, but to not even receive the items and still be expected to pay for them is ridiculous.

I have been to numerous Alamo Drafthouses and I know that customer service is one of their top priorities, but this experience has been a massive let-down. This location's service, in my opinion as a frequent Alamo visitor, is not up to par with other locations and employees should be better trained before helping customers. We have learned our lesson and will not be ordering anything other than popcorn at future screenings if we end up coming back at all.

I’ve been to multiple Alamo drafthouses and this place by far was my worst experience. Our tickets were checked 5 times by employees, which is absolutely excessive.

Before the movie we were not allowed to sit in our seats until 15 minutes before the movie started, which only matters because at Alamo you come 30 mins prior for the “show before the show”.

During the actual movie there was a couple next to us that we shushed non stop and even reported to an employee and they did NOTHING, didn’t chat with them, no warning, they just ignored the report. This couple continued to talk for the entirety of the movie.

The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is for the cleanliness and new arcade features.

Will not be returning to this theater because let’s face it this experience sucked.

Really nice movie theater with mega comfortable stadium seats that recline. If you want food you order from your seat. The food was nothing special but the atmosphere is good.

so nice!! I hope this stays around! food is okay the popcorn is HUGE a family of 5 could share. I appreciate being able to place orders during the movie but servers walking past all throughout the movie is really distracting. overall I love it

Getting food was clumsy, slow, akward

The low reviews for this place are ridiculous. Apparently people do not know how to go to a movie anymore. Why would you expect free popcorn? Are you really that shocked that a large, refillable drink costs eight dollars at a movie?

For me, the service was very kind and prompt both times. The facilities are super clean and brand new. The seats do not recline fully because there is an eating and drinking experience involved and that’s how it is at every Alamo draft House i’ve been to. I highly recommend this place.

Very fancy. Came for the WWE survivor series showing. The THE tastiest chips and queso I have ever had. Soooo rich and delicious
