Nice service, pretty bad food. $20 for one of the worst margarita pizzas I have had is rather ridiculous.

Front staff have no sense to talk with customer very disrespectful. I ordered food for take out they said 5 minutes but I need to wait even more than 25 min. When I asked after 25 min he was yelling at me . Same thing happened with another customer next to me . They even forgot my drink . Very misbehaved and never recommended.

Oh wow this should not even have amici's name on it. This pizza was horrible no taste to it I guess they decided to put all the sausage on one slice of pizza for me instead of sparing it around the whole pizza.

We live in Pittsburgh and always get Amicis when we are in town. Yes they are pricey but the food is delicious. We got a take out family meal with lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, antipasto salad and a Mac and cheese for my granddaughter. We will eat the leftovers today. Yum!
Front desk employee don't have no customer service skills they need to be trained again.
Great gluten free and vegan options! They even put a sticker to show it's gluten free. Delicious and fast every time. Highly recommend!
Pizza was so soggy and greesy. Had to cut the middle off just to try and eat a slice. It was barley cut as well. Hardly any sauce. I'm not sure what happened tonight. They used to be really good. Today was incredibly disappointing. We tried to eat it but it was just too soggy. Sad take pride in your job!
Great and thoughtful full service. Excellent (deep dish for us) pizza. Even nice take away. The young guy in the front was especially professional and helpful.
