I tried “the workout” and it was just ok. Broccoli was undercooked, the sauce tasted ketchup-y to me even though it definitely wasn’t ketchup based. I like the portion size and the food came really fast.

My family and I really enjoy Asian box. However today was not the best experience. We ordered online through the website and ordered pickup at this location. When we were given our food I checked the food items and each item was wrong. We ordered tofu spring rolls and were given shrimp spring rolls. My box was extra protein but there wasn’t extra protein. My brothers box said no jalapeños and there was. I brought this the girls attention and she corrected the mistakes. Gave me the tofu spring rolls and scrapped off most of the jalapeños ( I scrapped off the rest at home) and gave us a cookie as a sorry. The did correct the mistakes and were very polite. I just don’t understand how so many were made. It wasn’t busy when we got there however I know they might have had online orders. When we got home my mom realized that the workout box she ordered had chilled rice noodles instead brown rice that’s supposed to come in the meal. I could have gone back to correct it but at this point I was tired and slightly annoyed. Even though there were mistakes done the food was tasty and the staff were kind. I just wish there wasn’t so many mistakes that were made that I had to find. My experience isn’t usually like this which is why I left 3 stars vs 2. I have pictures of the receipt if anyone contacts me for proof. The food we ate it before I got picture’s because we were hungry and I didn’t really think about it. But I’m sure you could see the store cameras of me going up a couple times with the mistakes to be fixed.

After a wonderful first experience at the SFO airport location, where the green curry was a standout with generous portions in their individual boxes, I was eager to share it with my colleagues by placing a group order from the Mountain View location, with each person receiving their own box. Sadly, this turned out to be a major disappointment for everyone. The flavor of the food was decent, but the amount of curry provided in each individual box was shockingly small – barely more than a sauce. This left the rice dry in everyone's meal and the entire group feeling unsatisfied. It was embarrassing to have recommended this based on my previous positive experience, and I know several people won't be returning. The inconsistency in portion sizes between locations, especially within individual orders, is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. It's a shame because the potential for a great meal is clearly there.

The staff was super kind and accommodating to allergies (I asked for the Banh Mi without sauces). I also tried their matcha boba, and it was good and affordable. The bread and the meat were warm and surprisingly tasty! (It tastes better than it looks). It is next to the station and they brought my food very fast. I recommend.

I called to place an order of Chicken Curry for pickup. When I arrived, they were confused and didn't know where my food was. I had to show proof that I called the restaurant, so I got the restaurants business card they had up front and showed them the number I called that matches the number I had called. Once I received my food and was able to eat it, it had a very sour smell to the chicken. Now i'm not afraid of sour food, but this was a bad quality food type of sour. As if it were spoiled.
