I enjoy Asian Box, but this whole place smells like a bathroom. As though somebody urinated in the corner and it never got cleaned up. This has persisted across a couple of separate visits.

This is a place I sometimes come to pick up lunch. I'd give it 4.5 stars overall, but since google only lets me do full-star increments, I'm grading it 4 stars for now.The food is very consistent, but almost to a fault because it almost feels like a robot prepared it, despite clearly seeing actual people on the food prep line. It's a little dissettling, for some reason.My favorite menu item for now is chicken curry. If I find something else that I like better, I may update this to 5 stars.

The food is decent for the price. One star off because instead of being honest about their prices, they have a hidden "overhead" surcharge tacked on at the end. Overhead costs are supposed to be part of the price, not an extra fee. They should raise their up-front prices and remove these hidden fees.

We went in when the girl at the front desk was taking out the trash. Upon seeing us she put the trash aside, took our order and proceeded to touch our food with unwashed hands. After I called her out to wash hands before handling our food. She went and splashed water on it, no soap, and went back to preparing our food. Gave us the food with no apologies or show of remorse. The floor was also wet with liquid from the trash bags she was handling. Disgusting, wish I had taken my 15% tip back. Rude and unhygienic won’t be returning.

So tired of getting bad, flavorless, sub par food from them!! It is SO hit and miss now, it's not worth the risk. No one from this company cares and no one does anything to rectify things via the delivery platform we use. So sad because we have spent so much patronizing their other location in Campbell as well. We are so over their inconsistent, poor quality now. Time to move on...

boba was horrible i almost threw up. banh mi took over 30 minutes to make‼️‼️overall if i could i would take this place down. also charged a 55 cent fee for overhead operation…. first business to ever do that…

Boba tasted terrible. Banh mi tasted bad. Charge extra as operating overhead. I have been to restaurants all over the world. None charge for operating overhead. Shady business practice.
