Nice respite from the outside world. Good wifi, decent bathrooms, good food. Good alternative to Panera which is always crowded. All the times I've gone here they've been fairly empty. I guess most people grab their food to go and don't really hang. Not many tables but again, nice to hang in especially if you get a window table.

I got sausage and egg on a spinach Asiago bagel. The egg tasted like microwaved eggs, and the bagel didn't have quite enough Asiago cheese. It had a distinct herb flavor to it that wasn't spinach. The overall sandwich was good, but not very memorable. The service was friendly and the prices very affordable. I did appreciate the ample seating that they have. I would come back and maybe try a different bagel.

Staff was very friendly and our breakfast sandwiches were ready fast. The food itself wasn't great though. The Asiago bagel had no flavor and was almost too soft to be a bagel. The bacon was good but the egg was unseasoned and bland. Pricing was ok, but I would have paid more for better food.

Pretty average bagel. Didn't have any salt in the eggwich bagel.

Excellent sandwiches and a clean place for lunch, the owners work there, very pleasant, highly recommended the turkey avocado club sandwich, open for breakfast and lunch

A bagel in context Are their bagels good? No. But will it do in a pinch? Sure. These aren't New York quality bagels. A little too doughy for me with an inadequate crust. However, given the relative lack of options in Mountain View, these must be evaluated in context. They make em fast. Sausage egg and cheese for $7. In and out, decent for a pit stop

Lovely place for a coffee and bagle. The gentleman who served us is excellent. He work very hard. No attitude to his customers.

Friendly place; good sandwich selections; kinda pricey for just plain bagels.

The worst customer service. I didn't get my newspaper one morning so went looking for places to get a paper and maybe breakfast. I walked in and the girl clerk had no idea what I was asking for so went to get the manager and apparently that made him VERY angry. He shouted NO NEWSPAPERS! GOODBYE! And gestured me away. So I guess no bagels for me here either. Fine. Never coming back. Horrible attitude. It was also pretty empty so they were obviously not busy. Absolutely no need for such a response.

I've been coming here for over 10 years- no longer in the area but go out of my way to stop by when I am, still as good as ever

Excellent bagels...horrible customer service. Staff was extremely rude, not sure why I just didn't know what to get immediately when I entered...since it was my first time and she was not kind about it. Great bagels however I'm not sure what went wrong today. Definitely not recommending this place to any friends, it's no wonder they have an empty dining area.
