We haven't been here in a long time & decided to try them out again for mother's day breakfast with my wife. Got in before the crowd wich was a good thing. The place was clean & they do have an outdoor patio.
The waiter was great, friendy & accommodating & checked on us often enough. However, I wasn't too thrilled with my meal. I ordered the all meat skillet breakfast. The problem was that the meat & the hash browns were all pretty hard. Didn't quit taste freshly cooked as if they were pre cooked, then re-heated again. Kinda wondered how we got our food so quickly. My wife said her corned beef has was ok, but her hash browns were hard @ the bottom. The coffee was ok, though we like our coffee a little bit stronger.
Seems to be a popular place however, as the place did fill up.

This is my first time coming to Baji’s Cafe, and I will make it a regular breakfast treat spot! My early morning visit made for the perfect birthday gift to myself, compliments of my family in Texas!
I'd been missing some of my hometown favorites: huevos rancheros and biscuits with country gravy. Huevos rancheros were my choice today, and I must say, they are the best I've had so far!
The fresh, sweet orange juice and strong, hot coffee, touched up with cream and sugar, were perfect for my tastes.
The staff is very attentive. I was also impressed with the QR code on the receipt for paying the bill!
This was a perfect morning! I’ll let you know about the biscuits and gravy next time! ??
