Disappointed on the dubai chocolate ice cream bar. Only 20% of it was actual dubai chocolate but then it had like a mint or some odd flavor inside of it with fruit. I really felt that I got misled.

This location has the most flavors and the staff is very friendly and patient. They go the extra mile to wash the scoops and blender for my daughters who have nut allergies.

When you order a triple instead of a 3-scoop sundae because it's supposed to have more ice cream since you're paying more, but you end up with less than satisfying scoops, it gets 3 stars. Service was friendly, but for the price, there are better options, unless they start giving better portions.

Got the Cotton Candy scoop promo for free from the app. Good taste. Service was a bit confusing because we were not sure where the line starts and ends. The customer service was not anything special. The store is quite narrow and small, meaning the atmosphere was not great.

Every time my daughter gets in the mood for a little ice cream, this is our go-to spot. It's always clean, friendly and fast. On my last visit, it stood out because we were looking for assistance with a couple of smoothies we had received at a different BR location. I purchased them on the other side of town and they were not consumable because they were so poorly made. So I stopped here to get new ones. After finding out what happened, Lea was wonderful enough to assist me with replacing both smoothies even though this is against their usual policy since each location is a franchise, meaning, you have to return it to the location where you purchased it if there are any issues to be corrected. She was kind enough to remake both smoothies and completely replace them. As for me, I took that as a lesson learned and decided it's probably best that I stick to this location for my purchases instead of "venturing out" to others. For an excellent BR experience every single time, I recommend this location.
By the way, in the heat of the day, my favorite refresher from here is the plain mango smoothie. It's absolutely delicious and refreshing and a small is around 300 calories!

As an employee who strives to provide excellent customer service in my job, I am always pleasantly surprised to see great customer service in a world where great customer service is rapidly decreasing. This will be our preferred Baskin Robbin’s, even though it’s not our closest.
