All I can say is TINA!!!!! This is a long overdue review on their cakes. Tina is fantastic!!! You should order all your cakes here!! Forget regular cakes. Order ice cream cakes for now on. I have been convinced for years and order from here for all my personal needs. Recently I ordered for another reason and the cake was a hit! It literally took the cake lol!! Thank you, Tina!!! As an employee who strives to provide excellent customer service in my job, I am always pleasantly surprised to see great customer service in a world where great customer service is rapidly decreasing. This will be our preferred Baskin Robbin’s, even though it’s not our closest.

I'll be honest: it's not the toniest location in town. But hey, it's ice cream! All the flavors and toppings Baskin Robbins is known for, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Close to two parks, with on-site parking, it's handy for kids.Vegetarian options: The flavors are mostly ice cream, so fewer options for vegans.Dietary restrictions: Allergens are labeled. Lots of choice for gluten-sensitive people.Parking: The parking lot is small and shared with other businesses. Parking availability will vary based on time of day.Kid-friendliness: This place is all about the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a ground floor place. I think there's a suitable curb ramp.

Food ice cream off course is great it's Baskin Robbins Service was fast and the Ambiance is an ice cream shop. If you want a deal make sure you download their app and also if you are t-Mobile customer T-Mobile Tuesday deals look out for those specials. It discounted my ice cream set by a lot.

Scoops for banana split are half the size now and price has increased to almost $10. It's not worth it. The owner should be ashamed to have those kids trying to defend the "mini" scoops.

Our fav baskin robbins location! This location have(keep) more favors then the one in EPA & other MV location on el Camino. They make the cap blast the way I like it. The staff is quick to serve customers. Came here for their Wed BOGO 2 scoops Sundaes!

The best place to take kids to go get some ice cream. It is a perfect treat for a hot day and if you do not have ice cream at home. The ice cream is very high quality. Perfect place for kids and kid approved. The toppings are also very high quality and not to bad at all. The shakes are also very high quality and taste very good as well. The price for the ice cream is a really good also and the wait is not to long unless there are a lot of people that want Baskin Robbins.

BE AWARE! If you're craving their cappuccino blast or anything that requires a blender do not come here almost towards closing. They say their blender is "out of service" BULL! it's b/c their lazy butts don't wanna make it then wash it right after. Coincidentally several times I came to this location b/c it's near my house and every time I ask for a blast they say "out of service", but you go there the next day right when they open and BOOM! all of a sudden their blender works. SMH

Lovely server at the end of the day 2/26 Sunday was terrific. I'm disabled and use 2 canes so it is hard to carry anything. Not only was she very friendly and made a delicious milkshake, but she carried it out to my car. It was the first time I'd been to Baskin-Robbins in years, but it won't be the last.
