Ordered veggie panini and it was one of the worst I have had. Bread is also not good. And I paid like 15$ for this.

Came for a quick drink before a meeting, quick service and greeted by an amicable staff. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Ambiance was cozy and no loud music as some cafes have. Pastries for sale as well. I bought a chai tea latte, nothing special but was good, hit the spot. Clean, eatablishment.

During kid music weekend when there are kids everywhere and my toddler led me into this place wanting to explore. There are only 2 small groups of people at tables in the back. The entire store is empty, no one is browsing their products excepts us. And the guy behind the counter said no to my kid when he is interested on the stuff in the fridge. And he said we are blocking the way. Very rude and doesn’t match the family friendly environment this store resides.

Great coffee! Got an iced latte with almond milk & sugar free vanilla syrup. I gave the food 4 stars just because the croissants I got weren’t fresh, but they also weren’t bad!

Artichoke Quiche: taste was good, but food temperature was poor.
I liked that the artichoke hearts were finely chopped up (no chunks). That said, one side of the quiche was pipping hot, the other stone cold. They admitted to warming it up in a microwave; I observed their microwave ovens were very small, so most likely they did not have rotating trays to evenly distribute the heat.
Chicken and Mushroom Empanadas: these were thoroughly warm and moist inside. The crust was soft but added to the overall flavor.

Coffee and food was pricey but underwhelming. It wasnt as happening one afternoon i went. The interior design is really good but overall a dull place for the price they charge.

I really love the atmosphere of this place, located right in the performing arts building at the mountain view downtown, perfect for getting food during a performance or even just on a stroll. There are also so many options, not just sweet stuff, I recommend the beef empanadas (best I've had)!

The Asian staff at the counter didn't have the patience to listen and prepare a 5$ coffee around 12pm, though I was the only customer; When I said "it's too much of milk" , he said "it's 12 ounce milk" as answer and wasn't ready add a bit more coffee, so I dumped it in the trash can as he watched it and left the place. I did notice he was full of smiles when a "local lady" walked by the store; May be the race dictates who to listen/smile/kiss-a* there.

Worst lemon bar. Why put powdered sugar on top? Coffee was old. Also bad decor

Best coffee in Mountain View and among the best on the West Coast. Friendly service and contemporary, cheerful atmosphere.

As a patron of Theatreworks for many years who has also brought multiple school groups to the theatre to see matinees, I was kind of shocked when my husband and I were kicked out of this cafe when we sat down temporarily to wait for the theatre doors to open. It was about a half hour to curtain, the cafe was not overbusy, and it provides the concession service for the show we were seeing. We were clearly there to see the show, which means we could have made a snack purchase as we have so many times. We may have been about to. Yet we were told to leave, as if we were unruly teens or being profiled as thieves. I wonder what it will be like the next time I stop by for a water or one of the many varieties of mentos or a glass of wine before a show? Will the guy who kicked me out for no reason just like take my money the way he has four million times before? Or will he remember that I dared to reorganize my purse on an unused counter of his "for customers only" establishment that he's running steps from the venue I paid over a hundred dollars to enter and ban me from preordering my intermission refreshments? Was he just having a bad day? Or does he lack basic customer service? In any case, it was an interesting experience and one I wonder if I will repeat.

It's my first time trying this local small cafe but it was a very bad experience. The staff was rude and awkward taking my order even though I'm the only customer in the cafe. The croissant is dry and sad and tasteless.I asked her for a cup of warm water and she gave me tap water straight from the tap. She had an attitude that made it feel like she had more important things to do and I as a customer was inconveniencing her. I asked her for a receipt and it seems that it even bothers her more despite none else being in the cafe.Overall, I think the cafe is in a good location but I won't recommend it to anyone or come back again.
