This was my first time there. I kinda found it by accident. It proved to be a great accidental find!I had the vegan fish sandwich with aioli sauce. The sandwich was really good and it was loaded with vegetables. It tasted so much like fish I had to ask the owner what the fish was made of. As it turned out the vegan fish is made room tofu and imported from Taiwan. I know firsthand that Taiwan is known for making mock meats from soy that taste like the “real” thing. The owners appear to be upgrading the restaurant. So the aesthetics were not quite there yet.But the sandwich I had tasted really good and that was the most important thing for me. I do recommend it for a quick bite (no pun intended). And I also plan to come again next time I’m in Mountain View.Five stars on taste and presentation for me. I hope this review helps.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian friendly

Pho is pretty white washed, two options beef ball and brisket and filet. Where's the combo? Grilled chicken is added to the curry and cooked in the curry. So the chicken is pretty bland but the soup was good and had taro. Also no bean sprouts, basil, or any sauces. Very wasteful too. Plastic cup, plastic forks, wooden chop sticks. Common you'll wash the metal spoon but not the rest.

Came here for the veggie pho... best veggie pho I've eaten in the Bay Area so far. Chock full of vegetables and they provide two thick sauces to flavor it. Yum!Vegetarian options: The restaurant actually operates an all vegan online presence called Plant based Vietnamese Eatery, so they have plenty of choices. They even serve fries etc. so very kid friendly too.

I came for lunch and ordered pho. There were nobody at the restaurant even though it was 12:30pm that is normally busy lunch time. The pho with beef is priced at $17.99. Even though there were no customers, it still took about 15 minutes for them to bring the pho to me. The soup is not hot enough. And soup is not very tasty.I think that explains why nobody eating here. The price is very high while the food is so so.

They *never* get your order right if you ask for anything different (eg. ask for no cilantro and you'll get cilantro). This only seems to be a problem when the owner is there (the other employees don't have this issue) ... but sadly the owner is usually there

The food here is great! I've both eaten in and had food to go. The Pho is amazing! I love their Thai Iced Tea and their spring rolls.I am gluten intolerant and geht have tons of choices. I hear their bread is good, too, though I can't try it

For the first time, I took a many people to Big Bites: there were 5 of us. We sat around a regular table, two people on each of the long sides and one person at one of the short sides, and we were comfortable, but the staff offered to move two tables together for us, so that is an option. There was nobody else but us: we essentially had the eatery to ourselves to enjoy a meal and conversation. The food was wonderful. I do not eat shrimp but even to me the shrimp spring rolls ordered by our party looked cute.Chicken pho is as good as fillet mignon pho I reviewed earlier. On a later occasion, we took pho to go to enjoy on a patio and I was amazed by how well the food was packed to go, with broth packaged separately.

Tried grilled pork Banh Mi here and for $15, its not worth it. The grilled pork was dry and definitely pre-cooked and reheated multiple times probably a few days old.

You can really taste the difference with the grass fed filet mignon pho! Food is generally pretty great. And this is a small pro - but their take out containers are all paper/plant based, which is easy on the planet and your health.

The best vegan pho I’ve ever had. And I’ve tried a lot.

A nice, quiet place; my go-to for Vietnamese food. They serve a wonderful dish called Vietnamese fish porridge (cháo cá). It's not always listed on the menu, so be sure to ask for it. It's made with sea bass. The fish is cooked until it is flaky and tender, and it gives a rich, umami flavor to the porridge. The porridge is also seasoned with ginger and shallots. It's a flavorful and satisfying dish, especially good on a cold day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for delicious and comforting Vietnamese food.Vegetarian options: Many vegan options on the menu.Parking: Mall parking lot.
