By far the best tasting bbq in the Bay Area. Not only is the food great but the staff are ridiculously friendly. Gregory is the nicest guy. When we showed up towards the end of the day he went out of our way to accommodate our order even though they had run out of some of the popular meats and sides.

I have been looking for barbecue out here in the peninsula. We use to have so many options. I spotted Bill’s unexpectedly. I ordered a amount to sample. Took it home and the family loved it. We will be frequenting Bill’s. Best burnt ends that we have had in years!! ????

I discovered this place on my way to work. I made it a mission to go after my shift to try their brisket out. OMG DA ? ?!! This week I went back, I was too early. I went after work and tried the burnt tips/end PORK BELLYYYYY! OMG AND THE ALL BEEF SAUSAGE!!! The owner is a cool ? guy and he gives very generous servings! I will be back next week to try something else!

Bill's Family barbecue is a true hidden gem in MV! I love all their dishes, but their pulled pork is my absolute favorite!

I asked the server did he have bbq beef links.He replied, " I dont know what a beef link is" I quickly left the truck at that point.

Went here on a whim because it was on our route; and glad we did. I love BBQ; especially the sides, and really appreciate a good slaw that compliments the meat; which this place had. Slaw is so underrated as a side; but when it’s nice and crisp and not overly sauced I’m quite pleased. Call me pleased! Ordered the tri tip which was tender, pulled apart easily, and paired so well with the bbq sauce. Corn bread wholly on point. NOT my style of baked beans (I like em a little sweeter and not so savory) but everything else was so amazing I’m still giving 5 stars.

Amazing bbq...the key to determine amazing bbq is the two step brisket test. Test 1: is the brisket moist (1-10) with great flavor/taste (1-10) at the location; result - 9 moist and 9 flavor. Test 2: do the same rating after the leftovers have been in your home fridge for 48 hours with a 90 second microwave; result - 9.5 moist and 9.5 flavor. Lastly, the bbq sauce is important, which I give an 8 (1-10), however no matter how amazing the sauce it will never make up for bad brisket. Got brisket and burnt ends, it was so juicy and tender. The beans are smokey and spicy and not sweet. The bread was toasted with garlic butter and so good.
