Best boba I have ever had! I had the Creme Brulee Latte (also had black tea added to it) and it was so tasty! The boba pearls were so soft and chewy. The foam on top was delicious. I love that they use organic milk, which was the main reason I came. I can’t wait to come back and try more drinks.

Great boba place, even for those on a boba budget. Prices are a bit cheaper than other boba shops without compromising quality. Easy online ordering from the shop's own website is super convenient and has the best pricing.Parking: Parking right next to the shop can be hit or miss, but there are plenty more spots nearby.

Normally I would recommend this place and have ordered many many many times however, I ordered on Doordash recently 6pm on Saturday March 9th and the two drinks that I ordered with oat milk came with real milk. I am very sensitive to lactose and will be in a world of pain this weekend. I tried to call and tell them that they need extra training but the phone number wasn't working so this is the only other way to get this message through

i've been meaning to try boba bliss for years since i've heard good things about it. my favorite boba places are tp tea and sunright tea studio (and after trying, they still remain my favorites) but boba bliss is a decent spot in the bay area with good chewy boba and strong tea flavor.the interior is very modern and aesthetic with some indoor seating. it's located in a busy shopping plaza that sometimes has very limited parking. i ordered online to pick up - when visiting on a weekend, there was a decent line in the store.// assam milk tea (50% sweet, 25% ice, honey boba) //this drink ended up being $7+ since i ordered doordash pick up (i think it incorrectly charged me for the default milk). since they use whole milk, the milk tea is less creamy than creamer. the black tea had a strong flavor and reminded me of sunright and boba guys. the boba was chewy and good texture, not that much flavor since it's honey boba so i would try the brown sugar boba next time. 50% was enough sweet for me, i usually get 25% at other places.i may come back to try the thai tea or green thai tea, but otherwise i think there are better boba spots in the area for regular milk teas at a slightly lower price too!

Hot Black Sesame Latte (hot) $6.25 the group really liked this. Strong black sesame flavor. This is what we would like in our black sesame soups.Royal King Oolong Milk Tea (hot) $5.95 with whole milk, less sweet. Not too bland with less sweet. Still had a good tea flavor

I asked no ice for the crème brûlée boba milk, and they said they can’t do it… Literally they can just NOT putting ice in there, I don’t mind if the drink is not full I just don’t want it cold. They refused and said the best they can do is less ice. I said okay, please let them know put as little ice as possible. And finally I received a ton of ice in my cup, have to remove all of them on my own… What is in the world?

I got the Taro special drink and was really disappointed. It barely tasted of taro and pretty much was coconut milk. It wasn’t really sweet either. The consistency was weirdly chunky/gritty was well. Was super excited because I absolutely love boba but this was a complete letdown.

The selection looked real tasty but it was disappointing to hear that they couldn’t substitute oat milk for the specialty items. Especially since the oat milk option was presented at the bottom of the screen, in which the specialty items took up over 80% of the screen, so it felt a bit misleading. It was also disappointing that we couldn’t adjust to zero ice either, there’s no disclaimers. There were also a lot of arbitrary rules about items being available only on certain days, only some items can have sweetness adjusted, etc. I wonder if the staff have a hard time remembering it all. However I got the taro ube latte, and it’s really tasty so I’d be happy to come back.

Love their boba pearls. Have the perfect texture and bite to it. I've tried a few of their flavors which have all been good, but the stand out for me would always be the strawberry matcha
