Ok, so I made the mistake of stopping in for a smoothie a few days ago. It was amazing! Highly recommend the Vanilla Pitaya. What has happened subsequently, though, is that the place is severely understaffed and I've now been in on three separate occasions where either the employee was closing down early (this was at about 3:30 pm on a weekday), then the next day it was that he couldn't take orders for 20 or 30 minutes due to a large order. Other occasion it was pretty busy, which is fine but I was on a time crunch so I had to leave. Something that should be addressed by not subjecting one poor employee to the workload of at least one other person. While the busyness and large orders are certainly understandable, the place really needs more help because I find three trips with no success at buying a product to be really damaging to my desire to keep trying. I completely understand staffing is difficult, but this reflects really poorly on the establishment that from what I can tell has really good things to offer. Putting employees into a position where they are working solo is not going to sustain your business nor make people want to work for you, so you need to do better. I'm not sure how many more times I will keep trying but I wish the smoothie wasn't so good now!

I got the sea sider açaí bowl and I would say it is pretty average. I appreciated the presentation and portion of base and toppings. I think the base would be better if it was just açaí rather than a blend of different fruits and milks like blueberries, strawberries, and coconut milk. It tasted more like a smoothie than açaí bowl - maybe putting those fruits on top instead? The service was good for just one employee during a late afternoon.

Excellent healthy smoothies. Great for post workout. The peanut butter blast is great.

Great place for acai bowls or smoothies. There are kid, regular and large sizes. Kid size -would get that as by kid said it is pretty small so maybe for a small child? Regular - next time I'd get this because I thought it wasn't big enough but the large had me stuffed. Large - we all got it because the kids claimed they'd finish it or take it home even if it was melted. I'll let you guess what happened. We got the popeye (acai with kale and spinach), seasider, and north shore acai bowls. My kid didn't like coconut so we got it on the side and sprinkled some in mine - delish!! There is only one table outside to use. Not sure why all the inside chairs and tables are up and not available to use even though everything is there! I'd prefer table, stool, and chairs not be there at all if they don't want people sitting there...

Great açaí bowls! The option is usually vitality bowls in the South Bay but I like that this place is standalone, gives it more character :). The staff is very friendly and the bowls are good! Got the peanut butter one the first time and the almond butter one the second time around. Make sure to eat fresh! Tastes a lot better.

My friend and I went to Bowl of Heaven today and were in for a treat! I got the Berry Blast smoothie and loved it! It was tasty without being too sweet. There are so many different menu options to choose from, so everyone will be happy. My friend got the Sunset Bowl which had a lot of citrus flavors and was very fresh!

I don't understand this extended-covid lack of seating in the Bay Area. It's time to move on and let people chill inside and grab a smoothie. When I was walking up to Bowl of Heaven I thought it was closed. The lights are dim and the chairs were on top of the tables. Luckily I pulled the door anyway. They were open. I just wanted a smoothie after a hot yoga sesh and this place was highly rated. The smoothie itself hit the spot. I got the Red Zinger which is mainly acai with lime. I couldn't put it down. The lime zest was a nice touch. I'll definitely come back when I'm taking something to go. But obviously won't come here to sit and chill:(

We had açaí bowls and they were good. However, they don't have table and chair outside or inside , so you have to stand outside and eat your bowl which doesn't feel very good!! I asked the worker there and he said his boss says to do so! Tables and chairs all folded and put away , yet still occupying space inside . That always makes it seem like they're closed looking from outside ! Besides , we got the feeling that they're still stuck in early COVID days by not providing seating area for their patrons !

This is my new smoothie place !!! I have been getting the peanut butter smoothie as a quick stop after work and it is super thick, filling, and delicious. Not giving 5 stars because whenever I go, all the tables & chairs are stacked up so you can't sit down :( but I would probably not stay anyway because the blenders are going of course! The people who work there are always very kind though and the service is quick, I've never seen a big wait

Came here on a hot day because I wanted something with fruit. We ordered the North Shore and the Sunset. Both were just okay. Pricey for the size and the base tasted pretty watery. Not much seating inside as most of the chairs and tables were stacked up. There are a few seats at the bar facing the window.

This is my second time here! Friendly staff, fast service and really good smoothie! I look forward to trying the matcha açaí bowl at my next visit. The menu is vegan friendly. It's so nice not having to sub out for a plant-based option such as other smoothie bars. The place is small with some bar seating and outdoor tables. It's a nice place to get something quick and healthy during your lunch break if you work close by.
