Good atmosphere, good cocktails. Food could use some help. Mussels were flavorless. Hamachi Crudo was good.

Very great dinner. The chicken Milanese was delicious as well as the lamb. And the server was so

The service was excellent, the environment was great, however the menu was very limited and the food was only average. I did not enjoy the appetizer, which was essential bread covered in ketchup covered in bacon grease (gross). The salmon was well cooked. Great service and atmosphere is important but overall food is the most important. I would recommend revisiting the menu and crafting a menu that sticks closer to traditional Spanish food. There is no reason to "improve" Paella... It is literally perfect.

Not as good as before, but as expensive.

Almost anti-vegatarian. The one dish on the menu was underwhelming and staff refused to deviate from menu.Cauliflower "steak" was a few florettes dowsed with chili powder swimming in chili sauce. For those looking for it, the octopus was no longer on the menu.Vegetarian options: Avoid at all costs.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor of a hotel.

First time a Broma. The overall experience was good, great service, the food was very good but! I was disappointing about how spicy the dishes were (4 of us) . I felt I was at Mexican restaurant (don't get me wrong, I love Mexican food) No one in the group was not expecting to eat spicy dishes, we are all from Spain :-)

I went with some girlfriends for a Galentine's dinner. The ambiance is nice although it's a bit weird to walk through a hotel lobby and a long hallway with a pool on one side and the kitchen on the other to get to the seating area. The servers were very kind and attentive. We wanted some wine, but it was so overpriced so we went instead for the Lychee sangria which was ok. As far as our dinner goes the Chicken Croquetas were very enjoyable and tasty but there was nothing special about the Pan con Tomate and the charcuterie board with Manchego and Chorizo iberico as, really sad. I could see every element of that board as something I could get from Trader Joe's for much less than what we paid for it, it was an incredibly disappointing start of our dinner and lowered our expectations enormously. Fortunately the Seafood Fideua we shared was really good.. We had a decent experience but I don't think we'll go there again

Celebrated our anniversary at this gem! The staff's friendliness and the exquisite food made it a fantastic dining experience. A must-try is the CROQUETAS DE POLLO y MANCHEGO. Executive Chef Aubree Arndt personally greeted us and recommended phenomenal dishes. A solid 10/10 recommendation!

Located inside the Sashi Hotel, we had to ask the lobby crew where the restaurant was as for some reason, I only saw an Emerald Hour sign outside the doors coming in from the parking structure. We actually came in here last November for a family dinner upon the recommendation of my daughter and her boyfriend. Our party of four was sat near the cozy fireplace which was perfect on a cold Santa Clara county autumn night. Upon perusing the menu, I found out that this wasn't your regular resto-bar with the swanky environment and the Michelin guide price range. The menu had Spanish and Portuguese tapas and entrees. They do have options for the Broma Experience $95/person (family style tasting menu minimum of two) and wine pairing $70/person but we opted to grab a pitcher of Sangria and order the hot and cold tapasTapas we had. Pan con Tomate (sourdough & tomato sauce), Croquetas De Pollo Y Manchego (chicken fitters), Camarones a la Diabla (fried shrimp in garlic butter chili), Calamares Rellenos (squid filled with octopus and pork chorizo), Redondo Iglesias Jamon de Serrano (dry cured Spanish ham). We finished our dinner with Budin de Pan (bread pudding) and Crema Catalana (creme brulee). Our overall experience was excellent but the bill was probably the factor that considers this a one and done.

We have been here twice! We like to get an assortment and share the dishes. The ambiance is very nice. I love how the seating is. Staff is friendly and wonderful! We really liked the vegetarian entree and the stew. There are lots of flavors going on! We will be baking for sure!

Broma is probably the best-kept culinary secret in the South Bay/Peninsula area. The food is a foodie's delight, and the menu still has plenty of things the less snobby eaters would enjoy.

Please add normal vegetarian and vegan options. Current plant-based options in the menu are really bad.Vegetarian options: No good vegetarian options, not a good place for vegetarian and vegans.

Staff is polite, but fairly slow and doesn't know how to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. The menu has poor selection of vegan or vegetarian options, some menu items can be made vegan by removing meats, without replacing them with vegan ingredients, you end up paying same high price for what feels like an incomplete meal. Results in an overall poor experience, do not recommend.
