I don't know what is wrong with the cashier but he mumbles and can barely hear him. He got my order wrong also, when I wanted to pay cash, he asked me if I had a card, and they didn't have any cash to give change. Not even a 10$ bill. My order was number 89, the guy was loudly asking for number 88, then realized he had the wrong number, and visibly annoyed, he said 89. When I go up to him, he looks at his number, then says, oh.. 90, then starts asking for 90. When my actual number got called, they had my order wrong and pretty much restarted it from scratch.After they remade the order, they still got it wrong, and gave me the wrong side.The menu on the left side says : Comes with SIDES (note the S)The menu on the right side says: Comes with 1 SIDE (note the absence of S)When I asked, where is my second side, the guy told me I was wrong and that it was only one side. Why have 2 different phrasings then?Chicken is pretty good, chicken sandwich is really good.Mac and cheese is mostly greasy cheese, I'd recommend against it. The pasta in it is so mushy, it dissolved into the cheese.They keep touching their phones while wearing the food gloves, which nullifies any attempt at sanitation.

Was there for Iftar, we felt like we are invisible for the employees? Not sure what’s going on but they seem to enjoy talking to each other rather than doing their jobs, we dine in but I got a cold burger and cold fries, my parents got a cold burger and hot fries. Not giving us our drinks not responding for questions. Very much disappointed. Maybe it’s just a long day but just feel bad.

I came in for a pick up an order, only to be very disappointed and angry! I drove 15 mins to pick up food and another 15 mins back home. Once I opened my food, one of my sandwiches was missing the chicken and fries. I got a stale sandwich with lettuce and onions, my fries were missing also. I drove another 15 mins back to the restaurant, just to have a careless employee not apologize for his mistake. He refused to refund my order! He refused to remake my sandwich! All he offered was a cold piece of chicken that was sitting out for a while in a Grey bin. He gave me exactly 9 pieces French fries. So I paid almost $18 for 1/3 of a sandwich and 1/3 of fries. Terrible service!
