I order bowl the porción on the food was nothing the guacamole was brown so bad actitud no one is happy working but if you paid full price for something give to the customer what you paid for 😠

I don't like writing comments like this, but this time is an exception.
I have spent most of my life working as a waiter and restaurant manager, so I naturally pay attention to service and organization wherever I go. I often stop by your restaurant for a quick meal. The food is very tasty and consistently prepared fast. My favorite order is the bowl with double beef.

However, I want to point out one recurring issue. Although you have a large number of employees, it often happens that only one person is actively working - preparing the food and handling the checkout - while several others appear disengaged. This leads to unnecessary lines and longer waiting times, which is not ideal for customers.

I believe this is something that could be improved, because over time, this type of workflow may affect customer satisfaction and potentially result in losing guests. With a bit more coordination and involvement from the entire team, the experience could easily be much better. 🙏❤️

Terrible service do not come to here. I would tell the manager to train his(her) employees how to serve customers. They were so rude and they could lead Chipotle to loose its customers. If the manager reads this I would tell him( her) please focus on your employees’ service quality. There so many customers were so angry because of your employees’ service.

Aside from overpriced food they really don't like to give good portion size and they get mad when you ask for anything else. I came in 3 different occasions and the service sucks.

Haven’t been to Chipotle in a long time and after going to this location, won’t be going ever again. There was a lady and 2 males working the counter. The 2 guys were great. The lady has the worst customer service skills & gives the smallest servings, even after asking to double it and I will pay extra. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Skimped on food, basically giving me half a scoop for everything. Gave me attitude and talked behind customer's back for simply asking for a water cup. Absolutely disgusting service and attitude from the employees.

This must be one of those employee-owed Chipotle's or one that implements profit sharing by trimming on portion sizes for their app-based orders.
Is that really a thing? Must be here.
Don't bother ordering through the app when visiting. Meager portions of protein and salsa. How can you order all 4 salsas and not even notice a bite of corn or the saltiness of the salsa? The rice was crunchy. Beans were pretty good.

The location is almost always dirty and missing items despite never being busy at night. Of the three Chipotle locations in and around Mountain View, this is by far the worst option. Also, if necessary to order from here, do it in person as they consistently get online orders wrong.
