My name is Julian Campbell and I’m using my girls account for this review cuz I can’t get over this negative experience…
I used to work at this location for 3 years back when Chipotle was good and took a lot of pride in working here. I went back the other day after not going for 10 years and was blown away at the disrespect of the workers AND the manager. I walk in at 9pm on a Thursday and chairs are up so if I want to relax and eat my meal I have to go outside or to my car to do that. They close at 10 pm and it looked like they had already been closing up for awhile. The place was a mess and all the chairs were up so I literally thought they were closed when I walked in.
It was not a busy night but having chairs up and mopping at 9 pm is ridiculous, in fact that’s even more of a reason not to be closing the lobby early. Not even McDonald’s does that. I get up to the burrito bar to order and I wait 2 minutes because the worker is not ready. I’m standing there smiling while the workers and the manager are literally saying out loud “where the hell are all these people coming from?”
It’s just me and another family behind me. Like why do you need to curse and yell that out? Is this a generational thing? Super sad and disappointing. I really hope this is not a sign of the next generation.

As I’m sitting in line, I notice the cook scratching his head for about 30-60 seconds then proceeds to pull out his phone all while handling raw food with NO GLOVES. At some point he did put gloves on, but prior to putting gloves on he did not wash his hands. Service other than that was fine besides the extremely small portions that were given. I asked for double protein chicken. Charged me 18 bucks and change. Smallest portion I’ve ever gotten from a chipotle. When asked is a manager on site, was told no there is not. For health reasons alone I would not be going to this location anymore. Strongly advise, until management tightens health standards, for all customers to go to another location.

+1 on all the reviews about less portion size. Have been ordering for the last 3.5 years from this location but portion size recently just keeps on reducing. It has a lesser than normal portion even if you order an extra half portion. I thought it's across all chipotle but recently went to another location and it actually had good portion size. So avoid this if possible.

Gorgeous chipotle — i consider myself a connoisseur of chipotles and this one had everything i dreamed of — soft spoken vibes, perplexingly geometric chairs, friendship over a bowl of delightfully succulent barbacoa…freshness that makes me feel human at long last ❤️ thank you… give dining in a chance…watch your life change..

Don't get me wrong the food quality is good and I really like the place but, oh my goodness, what is the deal with having little to no meat portions on my orders? I didn't order a vegetable salad bowl guys. Are the employees here sanctioned if they give the right portions? 3 straight orders like this so frustrating.

2/4/25 Update:
I think either Chipotle online reports are actually being taken care of seriously. Ordered two bowls today and it's great! I got the decent amount of portions of meat, veggies, cheese, etc.

It's Chipotle. It's a great what seems to be healthy fast food. If you are looking for that category of food I don't think it can be topped. It's a little more expensive than most other places at double the price of a whole pizza from costcoo but if you are looking for texmex meal and have 20$ to burn It's a decent choice. The only thing is this. The price seems to fluctuates . Sometimes $16 or sometimes 19. Strange.

Horrible experience for a simple App take out.

We ordered takeout from here tonight after a long time. The portion was sad and barely touched the ridge of the bowl. We even ordered extra chicken for $4 more on the App, and barely saw any chicken in the bowl. Will avoid this location unless they make some serious implement.

I called the store to provide feedback and was told if I return to the store, they could offer refund. I came back to the store and the staffs refused to issue refund. Two trips for a simple App take out, horrible experience

Don't go there after9pm. The grilled veggies were limp and cold, the beans and rice were cold. Seems like they turned off the heated trays. I had to heat my bowl at home. Not good.

Tried the veggie bowl and it was hands down the best assembled Chipotle bowl I'd seen. Definitely recommend this location!

We ordered takeout and when we opened it at home, we saw a tiiiny portion - filling only half the bowl. Chipotle is notorious for skimping on portions these days (especially if you order takeout and don’t order in person) but this was the smallest portion I’ve seen so far.

Not only that, but when I got there to pick up, the order was not on the shelf. I waited there until a worker noticed me and asked if I was there to pick up. When I said yes, she went and got my order from the back, where it had been sitting. When I got home, food was cold.

Be honest I always go to this location and their portion is very inconsistent. Sometimes I don’t have time to order in person and I kid you not their portion for online order is crazy small. And the fact that I paid 17$ for a bowl with no guac but have a limited time brisket. Doesn’t make it any better especially having barely any meat. And on top of that too atleast fill it up where the line is inside the bowl. There’s barely any rice in there for that.
