They gave very little ice cream. My kid ordered strawberry blone and the server mixed showed him the scoop and took a big chunk out and gave some in the mid size cup. Other guys agead of us got way bigger scoops and hence we asked for mid size. What hurt me most that it spoiled my kids mood to see his ice vanish. Very bad intention of a server to a kid. This is 9 dollar scoop, not cheap. We are not going back for a while. I hate to say this knowing cold stone is our favorite ice cream.

Loved it.

I would rate atmosphere higher but we really need to do something about climate change

Nice ice cream parlor

This store is very bad...I came many times in this store...whit my family.... The customer service is very..bad..the employees do not know how to differentiate the measurements of the ice cream cups..most the time i get large cup..and this lock medium cup. the cup is empty and melted..and I ordered for to go...

Worst cold stones I've ever been to, the employees didn't know what toppings that they carried , nor did they have the mix INS I wanted that most cold stones carry, the worker kept asking what size and toppings I wanted and still got my order wrong. Very rude and not professional and needs to learn their job better

However on the day of, they were closed, despite their social media handles showing them as open. We called them multiple times - finally they opened in the evening and said they couldn’t give us the customized cake as they were short staffed. They gave us a regular cake which tasted quite good, but the service really left us feeling shortchanged.

The guy that is working tonight SHOULD NOT BE HERE ALONE. He is extremely incompetent. My boyfriend and I cane here last night and our milkshake was horrible and was made with no milk. We came in today, and the same guy was working. He said he needed to wash the blender before making our milkshake. After he was done washing the blender he said we had to wait for it to dry. After waiting 25 minutes and checking multiple times we suggested he dry the blender with a towel. He said, "That's a good idea! But...then there will be little towel pieces in the blender." This guy is incapable of doing anything on his own, and clearly needs supervision. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST 45 MINS TO SPARE.

We're fans of Cold Stone Creamery in any location and like to stop by when were in the area. We were unimpressed with this particular Cold Stone--the plaza was dirty, the store not particularly clean--and most importantly, the store was very hot (no air conditioning). It is a good thing we planned to eat in the car because we would not have wanted to eat inside. Fortunately, the ice cream was in line with what we expect from Cold Stone. We were happy about that.

I went to buy ice cream and there was HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM the hair was so long and the cup had hair all over it. Also the ice cream cup was all filthy don’t ever go to that Cold Stone the ice cream looks all old and it’s all melted. It’s so dirty in there the man that served me was rude. And he gave me my change all wrong. It was horrifying.

The ice cream was fine, mostly did not enjoy the experience because this place is very disheveled and unclean. If the owner/manager cares about this place, it doesn’t show. The night we went we were the only customers in the store, and walked in to both of the workers behind the counter on their phones - which is fine, if the store and workspaces are clean and they truly have downtime. When my husband asked to speak to the manager about a question he had, a man who had been sitting at a nearby table (also on his phone) stood up and introduced himself. So even the manager himself was not bothered by the sticky tables, ice cream handprints on the walls, dirty glass counter, etc. If this is what the front of the store looks like, it makes me nervous to know what state the back of house is in.
