This is a great local jewel for Italian! The food was delicious, as atmosphere & service. It was a wonderful first experience. The only minor negative was one entree was somewhat on the smaller portion side, otherwise, definitely a new go-to place. Very satisfied with overall service & delicious food. Would recommend them highly.

We have been coming to Ristorante Don Giovanni for many years and this meal was perhaps the best one we have experienced. The special lamb shank with risotto was incredibly tasty with a delicate sauce and choice vegetables. The service is always attentive and timely. Their choices of wines by the glass are sufficient and pair well with the food. The owner is very visible and always friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend this restaurant.

I would say rough, but not a great start. Gentleman that greeted us at the door did not have his tie on correctly, nor his shirt buttoned up correctly. The waiter asked if the bottle of wine was the one I wanted because it was $80.? Kind of odd. I've never been asked that before. The calamari was very bland and seemed chewy. The wagyu meatballs were bland. The oysters seemed very fishy. The best thing we had here was the wind and the water. We did not finish the bottle of...
