first review of 2026!
stopped by to get some breakfast and their menu had a wide array of selections, prices are very reasonable, and the workers are super nice (including the owner I chatted with). the donuts and hotdog breakfast I got was delicious and was super fresh! Definitely will be back and reccomend.

I have been going to this place for 12 years. The number 11 sandwich is heavenly good!!! Tried making it myself 5 times and there is no way!!! Tried ordering it from different sandwich shops……… only to be disappointed. In other words, this place has excellent products!!! Donuts are also prefect!!!

Now, i see petty reviews about prices, and even silly complaints about tea being too sweet???? This is a bunch of nonsense!!! I suspect this is a local competitor messing with a.hard working business. This place is one of the last great donut shops in the bay area!!!! Never change!!!! You make Damm good grub!!!!

It's literally a diner without really being a diner. Breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I love the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. They have cronuts and other amazing Donuts that you don't find everywhere. And it's open at at god-awful early in the morning times which is perfect for me.. Don't go there if you're looking for a vegan or vegetarian meal, like I said, it's a diner without all the stools and the little music boxes. Oh how I miss those music boxes

Best plain glazed old fashion donut I've ever had.
They have a card minimum: $5.

Donut Basket is a cute local spot, and the donuts were great. Service was excellent, too. Unfortunately, the coffee missed the mark. I ordered a latte with almond milk, but since they were out, I switched to coconut milk. The drink was so hot I could barely hold it; coconut milk should be around 130–150 degrees, while regular milk is usually 150–170. This felt closer to 180+, and the milk tasted burnt. It was totally undrinkable.

Stick to the donuts, though—they’re fantastic, and you’ll leave happy.

My favorite donut shop, hands down! Beyond the amazing donuts, their breakfast sandwiches are incredible. It says a lot that this is the only place besides my own house where I grab breakfast. Love it here!

Great local donut and bagel shop. Always fresh and never leftovers or day old. Donuts are delicious and bagels soft. Good choices of drinks. Locally Owned and operated.

We come here a lot. We love their donuts and the people behind the counter are always very kind. We ordered an assortment of donuts and coffee for our daughter’s birthday and they were so cute and cheaper than ordering a cake from a bakery.

A no frills donut shop serving up one of the best apple fritters I've had. Caramelized texture, not greasy with apple taste. Also the glazed donut was pillowy soft and balanced on sweetness. A gem of a place.
