Discovered this hidden gem of a donut shop after a visit to Stanford for a doctor's appointment. Despite its somewhat weathered appearance, we were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of their fresh donuts and the good customer service. The glazed donut holes were irresistibly soft and delicious; I devoured the whole dozen in one go! My husband savored his cinnamon roll too. It's been too long since we enjoyed such delicious, fresh treats. We'll definitely return next time we're in Palo Alto.

Not sure how you can mess up a bagel but this place did it. Asked for toasted, nope and because their toaster is junk now it just tastes stale. And the amount of cream cheese they put on is a ton too much and doesn't justify the charge for the crappy bagel. Also $40 for a large craft of coffee, I think Starbucks is the same price and definitely better quality.

We usually go to Roger’s and just discovered this place. Prices are great, glazed donut was good. Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was a bit soggy, even when fresh. Would get donuts here again but might pass on the sandwiches…

Bought a dozen assorted donuts (I think), it wasn't really clear what were part of the assorted dozen price, it ended up being $20+. Service was ok, it didn't seem like he really understood English that well enough to explain what were part of the assorted price and which ones weren't, overall there wasn't much of a selection either. The place didn't seem very clean, especially the cash register. It was rated a B as well on the Health rating. My family ended up only eating about 5 of the dozen donuts, none of us really liked them. They were just ok, they kind of seemed stale/less than fresh. It was on a Saturday morning, so maybe its not the best time. My youngest who normally goes crazy over donuts, didn't even finish one before putting it in the trash.

Nice place to stop by for doughnuts. Not a lot of seating and more of a togo place. Service staff is nice and made a good cappuccino. Other items looked good, like croissant sandwitches but I had my usual sugar doughnut.

Cleanliness was lacking this morning. The shop had flies swarming upon entry. Customer service was top notch and the cashier was very friendly but this place needs a visit from the health department. Dirty shelves and trays in the donut case. Nothing looked fresh. I ordered the jalapeño, cheese, ham croissant but upon inspection the dough didn't rise. Undercooked and goopy on the inside. I had it heated up by the really nice cashier. It was cold by the time I had it in my car. It was poorly made and had hard cheese on top. I found a human hair inside my croissant :( Won't be back.
