Great place. Good pizzas and chicken. Serviced felt a little rushed and a smile would be very helpful. Otherwise, good overall.

We had a party of 7 for lunch, it was not too busy at 1245 on a Tuesday. We got seated right away. We ordered polpettine (meatball), fried calamari and shrimp, Delizia pasta (olive oil with asparagus and tomatoes with fettucine pasta) Pulcinella pizza and the Doppio Zero pizza. The calamari and shrimp was a favorite as well as the pizzas. The pasta a little oily, I wished they offered some lemon or parmesan. The meatballs were fun I thought they would be a little bigger. Service was fine, no one asked if were ok or offered dessert. I wish the crust would be a little crispier. After 2 years, still a mushy crust. Perhaps the bottom part of oven is not hot enough because there are so many pies going through. The top part is cooked but the crust is dough-y in the middle, read: not crisp. We ordered the octopus appetizer, well cooked, not chewy. The brussel sprouts were flavorful specially with the bacon. The artichoke was ok, just seemed like crunchy leaves. The limoncello cake was nice as well as the hazelnut ice cream. It was good to share a tasting with friends. Service was fine on a Saturday evening.

I’ve heard of thin crust pizza, this was no crust pizza. As far as I can tell the prepare it by applying uneven quantities of cheese and tomato sauce on an ultra thin wafer, nuking it in a microwave for a minute and serving it. The result was a soggy uneven mess of cheese and thin red sauce.

Review is for a takeout order. We ordered to pick up and food was ready within ten minutes.
- pizza was cold / lukewarm
- pasta looked like it’s been sitting for a while - the sauce was solidified and they were also lukewarm and the pasta boxes were already soaked through!
I highly doubt they make their food fresh given the state of the food and how fast they were able to put together such a huge order and still have it look like it was sitting there for a while.
Pretty disappointing overall especially for the price of the food.

Ordered bufalina. Oh the pizza sauce was so well made, one of the best!!! The cheese was fresh. Crust was crisp but i wish it wasn’t burnt in some places as i absolutely love to eat the crust haha.
Also loveeeed the lighting. Its located at a very cute street. Nice to have dinner and then take a cute stroll.
And ..Good variety of vegetarian options!

We came here on a cold night with our five-month-old baby in a stroller and were shocked by how we were treated. The front desk refused to let us bring the stroller inside and instead told us to sit outside in the cold.
The explanation we were given was that if more people bring strollers, it would impact their business. That reasoning is ridiculous, this was a baby, not a pet, and the restaurant was nearly empty at the time.
As parents, we were not asking for special treatment, just basic consideration and common sense. Asking a family with an infant to sit outside on a chilly night is both unwelcoming and unreasonable.
We left without dining and will not be returning. Families with babies should think twice before coming here.

I love the atmosphere of this place for a few reasons. The staff are attentive but not in the cheesy way, and the whole place has a family feel to it. You can see straight into the open kitchen and the oven, and I always like a restaurant that is transparent like that. The pizzas are great, I had the Jalapeño and it very much delivered. The way the greeters desk is placed makes it very tight at rush hour but that is a passing problem after you have your seat.

I ordered a pizza in advance for pickup. Instead of waiting until the appropriate time they baked it right away and left it on the counter even though the receipt clearly stated the scheduled pick up time. I didn’t realize the pizza wasn’t hot until I was part way home. It was soggy and coagulated from sitting in the box so long, so not edible. What surprised me is that they wouldn’t give me a refund or new pizza when I notified them via text and email about the situation later that evening. I even tried calling the next day but nobody picked up. The staff at the front door was very unwelcoming, and they obviously have some type of management issue here. I don’t know how a place can stay in business with this type of service.

Very average food ! Not sure how this place has so many good reviews . Very average margarita pizza . Potato croquettes were also ok - they were already cold when they were served .

I’ve been coming here for years and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I encountered rude behavior at the reception. I understand that it can get busy, and I appreciate the demand for the restaurant, but that doesn’t justify being treated rudely. I hope this is taken as feedback to improve the guest experience.
