I tried the Califas tacos with shredded beef. Mild. So good. Next time I'll try the hot. 3 was very filling. The chese in the middle is excellent. Can't wait to try more on the menu.

The braised pork belly was completely lean, likely due to being in the slow cooker for too long. The hot sauce was served both on the side and on top of the tacos, which felt excessive. As someone who struggles with spicy food, this was a bit of a turnoff. The fries were decent but only warm, not hot. On the plus side, it was nice to sample some tequila.

I was surprised how good it was. You can order to go by one call. I did not expect this taco truck to be good. I always pass by and today I decided to give them a chance to see how they were. I can only that the taco Califas was pretty good. It has melted cheese in between the 2 tortillas and your choice of meet. I got Asada with a little chicharon sauce on top. Delicious!

Parking: The truck is located in the gas station parking lot
What kind of devil worshiping Satanist would put guacamole on your tacos without telling you? I would imagine the devil himself is offended.
Just a heads up. These are pretty damn pricey tacos and I didn't see anywhere that it said they came with guac....and not wanting to eat at a gas station parking lot, I didn't look at then until after I had left...
Seriously though. I don't like acacados. Put it on your menu or somewhere if you're just slathering everything imaginable with them.

Vegetarian options: The veggie tacos are very good and seem vegetarian/vegan, though they might share a griddle with meat. Get them Califas style if you aren't vegan and want cheese for protein.
