I went in today and I must say the type of customer service I got was amazing!!! Didn’t get her name but was a short Hispanic lady!! She went above and beyond to help me find some jalapeños chips(she went to the back to check) also her attitude was just amazing!!!

It was our first visit to San Francisco from Toronto with the family and we tried Eric's food with everyone and the family loved it because they have so much healthy options. Food is fully healthy and vegetarian and non-vegetarian mixed recommend.

I had the delmonte delight on sweet French. The sandwich was ok. I wish they had cream cheese instead of Colby Jack in the sandwich then it would have been better. Also I did not really like the sweet French roll. I would probably go with the multigrain wheat if I ordered a sandwich again. Also the place did not smell good. I am glad I was doing a take out. The price was good.

Every time I eat here good service good food and good
I typically enjoy a good sandwich from here (they have yummy gluten-free bread)! Ordered lunch for 12 co-workers here and they seemed a bit overwhelmed with door dash and our order. I had to double check we had all the sandwiches and that they didn’t forget anything.. they left out a sandwich, did not clearly label a gluten free sandwich as such and then added ranch to a sandwich that asked for none. Also, two of the staff members were not wearing gloves while making/handling making sandwiches which grossed me out..
