I had the delmonte delight on sweet French. The sandwich was ok. I wish they had cream cheese instead of Colby Jack in the sandwich then it would have been better. Also I did not really like the sweet French roll. I would probably go with the multigrain wheat if I ordered a sandwich again. Also the place did not smell good. I am glad I was doing a take out. The price was good.

Bread is super stale at this location, couldn't even bite my sandwich. Soups are diluted with water which makes the soups have no flavor and as if you just eating hot water. The two ladies that are there every time don't listen to your requests for sandwiches. Seems like this place is cutting corners and selling poor quality food at regular prices.

Ordered 2 pilgrims progress sandwiches and they tasted awesome, lots of Turkey and avocado!! Bread very fresh and soft too. Pleasantly surprised:)

The soup was cold. I had no way to heat it up.

I want to like this spot for their good sandwich combinations but execution was lacking. Bread was tough to the bite and the foundation of a sandwich heavily relies on the bread. Because of the difficulty, sandwich contents would fall apart before I could actually tear the sandwich. I got the Sea Dog with a brownie on the side. Sea Dog Sandwich with Smoked Bacon - added some bacon cause why not and actually really liked the smoked flavor. The Sea Dog is a classic tuna sandwich and has some avocado for a fatty, creamy enhancement. Contents were great but again, the bread was tough to bite and this meant my sandwich fell apart with each bite with the crust still in tact. Peruvian Chocolate Manifesto Brownie - a fairly large and chocolately brownie but not dense at all so I'm conflicted about how to feel. The chocolate chips were rich but the brownie as a whole was a bit disappointing and almost dry?

I typically enjoy a good sandwich from here (they have yummy gluten-free bread)! Ordered lunch for 12 co-workers here and they seemed a bit overwhelmed with door dash and our order. I had to double check we had all the sandwiches and that they didn’t forget anything.. they left out a sandwich, did not clearly label a gluten free sandwich as such and then added ranch to a sandwich that asked for none. Also, two of the staff members were not wearing gloves while making/handling making sandwiches which grossed me out..

Barely any Turkey on this Rio Grande Club. Scared to see what the other sandwich will look like as it's for someone who works night shift and I won't know until they tell me. For $22 and change on two sandwiches and bags of chips that's ridiculous. Employees are very nice. Not sure if they are being instructed to use less meat, but it's happening and it's disappointing. Definitely not worth the gallon of gas at $6.49 to get there.

One of the worst $12 sandwiches I ever had. Bread super stale. Ham tasted funny. While I was reading the menu the cashier is taping his fingers like hurry up in an empty deli. I had the ham and cheese I wanted a roll he gave me sliced. Worst place ever. Next time I will go to the Starbucks next door.

Speedy, attentive service, but sub par Reuben. Sauerkraut seemed to be absent altogether, and the "cheese", the consistency of cheez-whiz, was so slippery that the sandwich was constantly disassembling itself. The two thin slices of "corned beef" did nothing to redeem the product. This location is the night of "night and day" compared to the Eric's location at Grant and Phyllis which has been consistently very good. The staff at the Charleston location could use more product training.

Came here at 7:30 to get 2 Chicken pesto sandwiches and a couple of soups. Upon arriving home I had one of the worst Eric delis sandwiches, it was as if I had told him light pesto! the sandwich content portion didn't fill the bread. Honestly not what I was expected. Even though I had just Spent $40 plus dollars and couldn't get a couple of bread pieces with my soup. This Eric's deli is not doing it right.

The staff at this location are not helpful. I have had two bad experiences so far in the last few months, and will not be going back.

Been going here for years and they have always been consistent. Even when there was only one working doing double duty, she kicked butt. The sandwhich makers here are always cheerful and work their butts off.

It had the ham wrapping sheet inside my sandwich.....

I came in today 9/16/2021 to pick up my order that I had placed through my mobile app and again, my order did not appear in their system. After showing proof of my order through my mobile app, email confirmation and credit card charge, still the representative couldn't figure out a way to believe I had placed the order and was charged. After me arguing with the representative and getting her tu understand my position, she finally made my order. I will not use the mobile app again to avoid this event from happening again. Plus I have been a client for a long time and come to get food during my lunch break. Still, rep didn't want to give my order because my order didn't show on her system.
