We always have great experiences with Gen, but this time couple of the BBQ items were ran out after we had our first round ordered. Hope whoever is in charge of the food inventory will do a better job next time.

Hard to get all the items you asked for they'll either bring 1/4 of what you asked or say they already brought it to you. Hunting down a waiter or food runner is ridiculous when they all stand in front of the kitchen. Also they don't have cameras in their parking lot so after my meal I got a great surprise of my car being broken into right in front of the restaurant. Dine out elsewhere.Parking: YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO IN THEIR PARKING LOT

TERRIBLE service, waiter legit rolling his eyes and walking away randomly when we weren’t done ordering. Extremely impatient. The food wasn’t marinated good and I had a terrible time here. Save your $$ and go somewhere else.

Excellent service from David. We go to Gen often and order the same items every time. We wanted to try something new, and David hooked it up. He recommended the Honey Soy Beef Belly, then wrap it in radish paper. That easily became our favorite. If you get David, ask him for a recommendation, he knows what's good!P.S. David showed us the crazy sauce. Try it out.

Nice place, all you can eat Korean bbq. Meat quality is ok considering it's an all you can eat. Don't expect fancy stuff. The whole place did smell like a BBQ joint, which it is, but a lot stronger than other Korean bbq places I've been to.Wheelchair accessibility: The whole place is on the ground floor and flat. The toilets are accessible but nothing fancy.
