I love their hamachi carpaccio and eel rice at this place. I’ve been here a few times, including once for a birthday, and everyone was really happy with both the service and the dishes. Lunch wasn’t too busy, which made for a relaxed experience. The décor is consistent with many other Japanese restaurants—simple but fitting.
They said I only need to wait for 3 minutes but actually waited for 10+minutes. Food is ok. Not worth the wait tho.
Ceviche tastes nothing like real ceviche. Bad.
Squid pizza is terrible. Actually, Do not order ANY pizza.
Unagi rice is good, don’t order the broth.
Hamachi carpaccio is average.

Make sure to get a reservation. This restaurant is popular and walk in would take 30 to 45 minutes to get a table.
Food is so so. More on the salty and greasy side. The pizza is pretty much all cheese, chicken eggplant is too salty, clay plot rice has too much rice and not enough fish. Miso soup is very good tho.
