Unbeatable value for a burger place. I had heard a lot about in-n-out but had never tried it. My friend recommended I try animal style double double with chilies. It did not disappoint!

I eat at different In N Out locations across the Bay Area regularly and by far this was the worst experience. Waited 20+ mins inside for my order. They messed up my order twice and they couldn’t care less about it. I ordered fries extra well and came out soggy without ketchup. Burger was very cold and meat patty was burnt.

I used to love this place, but then I woke up and realized I'd been kidding myself. This is NOT GOOD FOOD. The burger is completely unseasoned. Tasteless. The sauce is disgusting. The limp oily fries are pathetic. My visit here resulted in my never stepping foot in one of these right-wing places ever again.

In-N-Out is a California staple. It’s affordable, decent-quality fast food offering burgers and fries, with shakes and sodas. It doesn’t offer nuggets or anything flashy, just good old-fashioned fast foods. This location is identical to all the rest in design, and is always packed with barely any free tables or seats. The line for drive-thru is always over 10 cars in length, but the line moves fast.
If you are looking for a cheap meal and want a burger, this is the best choice. However, if you want quality and are willing to spend more, another place might be a better option.
It’s a must-visit if you aren’t from California, but once you’ve had it, it’s not anything special.

The customer service is always excellent, the burgers and fries are delicious, and the only con to visiting In and Out is the long wait time - but waiting for freshly made food is worth it!
