In-N-Out Burger

The only thing holding this establishment back are the fries. The limp fries are just sad but the burgers are worth the amount they are 100%.

every time i said“extra lettuce” But there's not a piece of lettuce on my burger. I don't know how the waiters serve, they should be fired！

Do you guys make food based on your mood? Or are you cheating? Or are you discriminating? I always get a piece of lettuce in a burger that costs a few bucks. I want extra lettuce, I can pay for it. Why is the service so bad? This is the second time the same thing has happened!! Fire him.

1. Extra toasted bun

It's a place to eat something quick and easy. You get what you pay for. Although the drive thru is very slow, you spend more than 30 minutes taking orders on not very busy days and more than 1 hour on very busy days.

When they're busy the hot cocoa doesn't come out right from the machine. I noticed they openend it and the reason it doesn't taste sweet is because it is almost empty like it was watered down or diluted. They had to get the crew chief so she can put new chocolate powder inside the machine. It's only when you ask for a large hot cocoa for a reason.

I am a huge fan of In-N-Out, but the food we received was so bad I felt the need to share this feedback. Today we ordered fries and hot chocolate. We received cold fries (literally cold!!) and hot chocolate that was extremely watery, no taste of hot chocolate. Extremely disappointed by the very poor quality of the food. Do not recommend this location.

Burger meat tasted bad with a wet bun on the bottom! Maybe they should wipe down their counter tops more often or be less clumsy? Also, I got mostly short length fries! What's up with that??
