I both order delivery from this location and visit somewhat regularly. The quality of the food is always superb. Crispy onion rings, carefully stacked burgers and shakes at the perfect consistency. In a world where the quality of restaurant food is declining generally, I appreciate that this Jack location is keeping it quality. When I visit the restaurant I am happy to see the staff chatting and being friendly to one another as they quickly and efficiently work as a team to get orders out.

Would never come back here, they don’t do orders right. Gives attitudes to people, a lady walked in complaining about her order because she specifically told them no sauce or pickles because a she’s allergic and they kept telling her there’s no sauce when there was. Bad service , my husband kept saying wronf smadwich n she said they don’t know how to make it. Need to have people who speak English and understand it,

If I could give zero I would . Horrible service,took forever. Placed a mobile order and didn't make the food until I got there which slowed me down and workers were taking amongst themselves instead of working on the food , didn't attend to me I had to call their attention . wore no gloves didn't wash their hands.

I was unable to use EBT here today, Christmas Day. I was at this location just two or three days ago and had no problem paying with EBT. Is this how Jack says, "Merry Christmas" to the poor?
Reading some other reviews, it seems the employees do whatever they want. Maybe they feel slighted working Christmas day, while others get "free" food, but then they are discriminating against those who, by law, receive this benefit. They shouldn't be able to hurt people this way.
