The orange dream machine was tasty but it really wasn’t anything with fresh oranges. Would have loved to see more fresh juices vs artificially flavored drinks ?

Horrendous service. I placed a mobile order and only after I arrived do they tell me that they’re missing ingredients. Then they make me wait another 15 minutes before I can get my refund. What a completely waste of time.

Jamba Juice is fun, cuz it makes you feel like you're doing a good job and maybe getting something healthy in, but it's not and neither are you.You know how you make a protein smoothie at home, and you do the fruits, and the protein, and the water and the creatine, and the Seven Sacred Mushrooms and the Green Powder junk and maybe a dash of Manuka Honey? But somehow it just tastes like...not good? Why Jomma can make so good?Oh! It's the copious amounts of sugar they add. Yeah, that'll do the trick.Anyway, I treat this place as more of a guilty pleasure. A Treat. I would never come here after a workout and kill all my GAINZ, bruh, I'm tryna get huge!!I need CLEAN PROTEIN!! And Muscle Mutant Mass Builder! I'm gonna put on 15 pounds American Units!!Just gotta slow this stupid metabolism down, cuz it's keeping me way too lean, bruh. Banana Bread.

Jamba juice stopped accepting buy one get one free fundraising cards without any notice and with no recourse. This is essentially a breach of customer trust and the promise they made to the customer through these cards.Further, the staff is quite slow, and clearly seems disinterested. If you are unhappy with the job, you don't have to continue working at Jamba juice. There are many other places to go work at.Jamba juice uses frozen fruits, has become almost twice as expensive as a few years ago and now no longer seems worth the price.

Bless the employees for trying but something’s amiss with process and organization. This is consistently the slowest Jamba Juice I go to.

The smoothie consistency, color, and taste has been different the times in a row,; and is not worth the $9 for a small. Overpriced and terrible

Worst Jamba Juice! Unfriendly staff, they just made incomplete orders and are very rude with customers.

What's up Jamba service? Walked in, nobody was up front. Two people came off break when I was about to leave. Also note - the floor in the kitchen area was really dirty. I ordered anyway. All good with my son's choice. I ordered a kids size green smoothie and said - make sure no strawberries. The kid had a surprised look and stepped back. I looked at him. He said don't worry. They asked 3 times - did you say kids size? Uh. Yes. Kids size? Yes please. We can't do that. You mean this size (holds up kids cup). Uh yes. Me - in fact, never mind. Then had issues with reward scan. Ugh. Was there a manager there?? Not going back.

Order on the app and in store used my promo code. Staff is helpful and they are busy so please cut them some slack. Food is basic snacks and bread it's really the smoothies you go there for. Ambiance is busy and loud they got the blenders going they are busy.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Jamba location. It's easily one of the slowest places I've ever been to. Not only that, but the cleanliness was absolutely appalling. The staff seemed to have no regard for uniform or health code guidelines. To top it off, the girl preparing my smoothie was wearing a sweater with the sleeves brushing against my drink. It's clear that hiring a bunch of teenagers has led to a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs!

I went to Jamba Juice today and had a very unpleasant experience.I pre-ordered a Caribbean Passion via mobile order, and when I arrived at pickup time, there were a lot of customers inside the store.I picked up my juice, thinking that I was lucky to have ordered in advance, but the color was yellow.I always drank Caribbean Passion, so I knew the color was supposed to be pinkish orange, and as soon as I saw it, I knew something was wrong, and I told them that the juice must have come out wrong. They then told me that the strawberries and peaches were picked early and that's why it was the color it was! How ridiculous is this? This does not make any sense at all.I still thought it was too yellow, so I asked them to make it again because they probably left out the strawberries by mistake.I waited for a while and they never called my name, and when everyone else in the store had picked up and left and there was no one left, I told them again that my Caribbean Passion was still not out. Then they just asked me again what was wrong.I had been waiting there for about 20 minutes! So I told the staff again, I think the Caribbean Passion I ordered came out wrong. When I told them that this color was supposed to be pinkish orange, but it was yellow, they exchanged a few words amongst themselves and told me the same thing as before, that the strawberries and peaches were picked early and that's why they were this color. They told me that even if they made it again, it would be this color.I left the store, not wanting to waste any more of my time. The yellow Caribbean Passion they made me had already melted because it had been out for 30 minutes. I was thirsty so I drank it, and it tasted completely different from the Caribbean Passion that I always had. What a waste of time talking with the employees just to get a failed yellow Caribbean Passion!

Went there today and they were slammed. Two younger girls who didn't seem very enthusiastic made smoothies for customers, but what bothered me was that they had such little staff for how busy it was. It's hot now and during summer I expected to see more than a couple of employees managing a whole crowd.Normally I'd complain about food quality or poor service. In this case however those girls deserve some sort of raise, how annoying it was to watch them stressing over something that probably dragged down their day.

Not as fast or good in service as the place I normally go in Sunnyvale. Though they were busy didn't cover the counter well seems everyone was making drinks

Edit - Adding a star to my previous review. Last couple of visits have been better service-wise.- - -First off, l've never had any problems with the drinks themselves. The smoothies are good, the quality is fairly consistent, and the turnaround time on making orders is usually fine. The staff, however, is lacking. I come to this location once or twice a week (it's the only one near me) and have a good service experience maybe 1 out of 5 times. Every other time the employees act annoyed to help me, ignore me so they can chat, or just ignore me generally. I usually mobile order, and sometimes I'll wait at the pickup counter for 5 minutes or more before anyone even makes eye contact, let alone asks for my order info. The staff may help quicker if the shop isn't busy, but then it's not uncommon for them to go through the whole exchange without saying a single word.I don't know if it's fatigue from understaffing or disinterest in the work or what, but in the end it doesn't matter why. Service should not be this consistently bad. I should not feel like my mere presence as a customer is ruining your day.

Got a smoothie yesterday and cannot complaint. Was pretty good and service seemed quick. However, by the time we got our 3 drinks in 10 minutes, there were a lot of people waiting. Seems like a populate place on a hot day. Enjoy!
