Two out of the last two visits were awful. One time the workers were more occupied with towing a vehicle that did not belong in their parking lot than helping us. Their parking lot was practically empty. During another visit the worker charged us first and then tells us that they ran out of the type of fried chicken we had asked for.Another incident way before the last two, they told me they cannot sell the pop corn chicken to me because they do not have any containers to hold them.

People at the front of the counter very disrespectful and absolutely racist towards my husband they didn’t cook my food all the way through they were racists in fact tried to tell him they were gonna call the police on him for being disruptive when no one was there they never gave us the spoon fork they threatened my husband I don’t recommend no one going to this KFC IN FACT I MADE a report to the FDA AND my father who’s a FBI AGENT… he’s also a private investigator who investigations in places like these… I told the restaurant don’t really care. The police will not do nothing for my husband. They might do things to you because I got it on camera. I told them my dad is an FBI agent I could have him come here. I told them I’ll make a report to the FDA for how badly they treated me and my husband. And there food made me sick… I got food poisoning and my husband was sick… report online to the but the KFC keeps complaining about how bad the people made me and my husband feel… racist towards my husband because he’s big and a Hawaiian a usso

I placed an order at 12:20 and got my order after 40min due to there were no ready chicken meat. I don’t get it, its a fast food place??? They must have the chain cycle figured?! The worst part is a customer who placed order after me got their order but mine was postponed for no reason. They told me they were out of thighs and cooking them. But the customer who order after me got their order of thighs instead of me. Very poor management, poor organizing. 1st they said 15min and after 20min they said another 15min…

Terrible attention, they do not have good customer service. We ordered online to pick up at the Restaurant, they sent us the time to pick up the order and it was not ready. They made us wait in the restaurant for 45 more minutes. terrible service. The poorly prepared biscuit looked more like normal bread.
This might be the worst KFC I've ever been to. Chicken was soggy and flavorless biscuits were like hockey pucks. The mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting. I remember KFC being a lot better.
