Pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a second to decide on what to order. Nobody in line behind me. Took about 20 seconds trying to decide and was repeatedly pestered by the cashier if I was ready. And that I could pull forward if I didn’t know. Okay, there’s no menu at the window? He asked like 3 or 4 times back to back. I wasn’t even deciding for over a minute. Pretty rude

The woman at the drive-thru kept interrupting me while I was trying to read the menu (Naseeranh according to receipt). Every time I would tell her I need a moment. She would pause for a few seconds and then ask if I was ready. She then mentioned that there was a timer and that I would need to move even though there was no one behind me. Incredibly rude and if this is something from corporate you need to change this policy because people need to be able to look at the menu without being harassed over and over. I was planning on ordering two meals but spent less money with kfc because of her behavior

It's crazy cuz it took them so long to notice I was ready to order then when they did notice me they still basically ignored me til like 6 minutes, that's a long time for being the only one in line, ppl there are just not worried about the customers

I expected my order to get made fast considering the restaurant was empty and there were around 6 workers but instead they got my order wrong 3 times: I ordered a large Mac cheese and got a small one, I told them the order was wrong and they gave me a large corn instead. I ordered 6 tenders (meal) and didn't receive biscuits. I ordered a large fries (part of the meal) and they gave me a small fries. I was going on a trip to somewhere and this was supposed to be a quick order and continue driving, I ordered for 3 people. Once we got the order correct we were on our way. we were about 30 minutes on the highway when one of my friends discovered that our order had two things wrong again. we had to drive back because this was not the first time this had happened at this exact location. after we arrived at the KFC again, my friend went in and asked to switch out the corn we had received for a macncheese. and instead of of throwing the corn away, they put it back on a shelf to give to the next person that ordered corn (or something else). we received a pot pie and not what we were asking for. the worker insisted this was what she was asking for. the staff were all talking in the back and not trying to do any good, constantly taking breaks. this is not the first time this has happened please consider going to another KFC :)

Drove thru KFC Charleston. Didn't know what to order. Customer service was real impatient with me. Told me to go to the Lobby.
Got to the windows they told me go to the waiting park but then said it was ready. The customer service was lousy trying to spin me thru drive thru.
They messed up my orders almost every time. It would be best if the staff could pay attention on order details.

Girl on the phone refused to acknowledge her mistake of not giving my family a receipt for an order they placed. And not only that but she refused to correct the mistake by giving us the biscuits we paid for and trying to shift the blame on us and doing so in a completely unprofessional manner. She hung up on me and when I tried calling back the phone kept going straight to voicemail. Long story short, avoid this place. The leadership is severely lacking as the team shows clear incompetency and lack of manners for the people that keep their doors open. Girl who hung up on me, your paycheck came from my family’s order as well as many others and your attitude dishonors that hard earned money. Shame on you.

I ordered my food through the app but when i got to the drive thru apparently “the order just showed up on the screen” is what I was told but mind you I placed the order 5 minutes before showing up. On top of that I was then told to wait in the front and they will bring the food out to me because it is not ready. I had no issue until I waited literally 10 minutes outside and nothing. So much for “bringing it out” I had to walk in and get my food and to make things worse there were no utilities to eat my bowl nor straws for my 2 drinks. Absolutely ridiculous and who ever prepared my order didn’t sign their name on it like there supposed to so unfortunately I cant name specifically who didn’t do it. Horrible experience overall there must be some good employees and some bad but the ones from june 16 from 5pm -6pm all horrible.

I’d like to give a 5 star review to Valeria who was very good at upselling me on the new deep fried strawberry cream poppers. Unfortunately there were none available to me at the time which (had to wait like 25 min) is probably indicative of how good they are. Will try them next time

I love a Good KFC. I ordered a 2 piece Crispy. It came with A Mash and 1 Biscuit.
Chicken was cooked to perfection. Mash potatoes, too. But the Biscuit. The Biscuit maker takes Pride!
The staff are always smiling and greeted you. Great crew!
Enjoyed a quick lunch, here!
And clean. Plenty of restroom stalls.

OK food but terrible service: they consistently make mistakes with takeouts, like switching your mac and cheese to a gravy and not including your soda (both of which were clearly in the receipt)
Do not go and get scammed unless they significantly improve the quality of service.
