Ordered through Grubhub delivery. Mistake. Chicken was inedible because no doubt the management wanted to save money and on the take out orders by giving them leftover chicken from lunch. All the chicken was dried out and shriveled. Ridiculous... I have had Krispy Krunchy at the one at the gas station in Los Gatos. That location has never disappointed. Advice: dont order delivery in fact consider just to avoid this place all together. Also advice: If you go to pick it up, taste it before you drive off so you can return it as inedible. Also the coleslaw tasted like fish. Everything went in the garbage. Garbage Krispy Krunchy.

Ordered off Ubereats 3x’s for a small company catering but was cancelled for all attempts on the day of when I put in the order a week in advance. I was not reached out to for a sincere apology or explained why. Horrible service! Luckily I called the location in San Mateo and they were kind enough to accommodate. Unfortunately, I had to deliver the food on my day off. So much for convenience if you cannot accommodate by making other people’s lives harder.

Ordered off Ubereats. Decent, inexpensive fried chicken. Biscuits were great and the fries were well seasoned. Around on par with Popeyes and Jolibee, but I think I slightly prefer fried chicken from those two spots more.

Amazing halal fried chicken! The legs and thighs were juicy, crispy, and fresh. Sooo tasty. Very friendly staff too.The Cashier confirmed the chicken is halal but they have 2 fryers. One for only chicken, and another that’s chicken but also the other non-halal options. So call ahead or ask when u get there just fyi(Note: it’s actually inside the Circle K)
