This place is awesome and always has been. Clean everywhere, quick-ish food, and tasty. Anytime I ask the staff for help with something or maybe a spoon/napkin is missing, they are super quick and attentive. Their sausage/ egg sandwiches and parfaits are wonderful

When you go to sit in a nice coffee shop, you don't expect paper cups. I wish they had nicer cups for coffee. Paper changes the flavor and makes the coffee colder sooner. The food (breakfast) wasn't very good either.

I am a frequent customer there. Food is good and the employees are friendly. New woman working there doesn't smile and is not very friendly.

The oat milk latte was flat and piping hot.The almond croissant tasted old and hard even after warming it up.1 server trying to take the order, bill and prepare the coffee - wasn't the best experience.

Took out some breakfast food for a morning meeting at work... I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the taste, reminding me of the similar food (same restaurant) in Lyon France!!! Had the Boston Clam Chowder and Portobello/Swiss cheese on (French?) Croissant! Both items were excellent, especially the sandwich. I am giving 4 stars for now because of the rather blunt and not so courteous service...

Weekend---expensive. No prepared coffee or cream available.. Gitl who took order acted annoyed when informed these essential items were not there. Told us it was "NO Big Deal. After 10 min wait, male mgr heard our request & filled our mugs from behind counter. Why irritable girl did not do this is mystery. But she again said "It is no big deal." My friend said "NOT coming here again."Parking: Street parking + small lots

Visited Le Boulanger for a morning bite. Coffee was a standout – rich and satisfying. Breakfast sandwich pleased the taste buds too. However, the almond croissant fell a bit short. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service. Worth another visit for sure.

Just happens to be right down the street. I love BLTs and I set it as my standard for any sandwich shop. Very average but not bad.

Yesterday, March 13 at 10 am, I went to buy breakfast in Mountain View and a young employee with a bad attitude took care of me, she gave me a cold and hard bread and that she will heat it up but she got upset and when I told the manager The person in charge of that place did not say anything, he only returned the money I had paid, I told the young woman that if she does not know how to work with customer service, why is she there, she replied ... if you do not like it, you can leave ugly old woman from here, and other rude things she told me, I think that this is not the way to treat a client I am very disappointed in that place and what gave me the most courage is that the manager there did not say anything
