My mom dropped by to pick up some food and kindly asked the lady for a fresh batch. They said, and I quote “we’re not making anymore fresh today.” It was 4:00 in the afternoon. They close at 8:30 or 9:00. The staff is always rude and hesitate to serve a decent portion size.Lastly, they had the audacity to serve my mom this disgusting, old, dry food. Shame on you. This is the type of stuff you see on the show Kitchen Nightmares. Y’all need to step your game up. Luckys was once a great place.Don’t call yourself a bistro if you’re going to sell this to your customers.

Good inexpensive option that is tasty and caters to a more western audience but is still authentic if you want it to be. I must admit I do love American Chinese food. Fast service and good for young kids when in a hurry. We adults also genuinely enjoyed the food, as did our somewhat picky toddler.

Idk how people give such a high rating of this place! Not only are they over priced, but the food is not good at all. We got egg rolls and it taste like they were fried twice! The food is so gross! Never going there again.

This has been one of my regular spots to go to for lunch when I need something quick, delicious and a cheap eat! This Chinese restaurant not only has a full dine in menu but also offers hot foods to go, similar to what you'd see in Ranch 99 or Panda Express. I normally get the 3 item and it comes with a hot and sour soup! I also ordered a few pieces of red bean sesame balls *50 cents a piece* With the 3 items I got: - veggie fried rice (7/10) - salt and pepper fish (10/10) - tofu with snow peas (10/10) The employees have always been quick to serve you and really nice in general. Easy to find parking. Usually no wait!

Came here to only get the noodles because Helen said it's really good (and it is)! Tucked in the 99 ranch plaza, this spot is easy to miss since the name is quite generic. The store is run by a sweet pair of grandparents (at least I think they run it? Unless they just work there) and this is kind of like a mom and pop Panda Express. Lots of locals come here to eat. Overall, I would come here if I didn't want Panda. The other alternative would be the togo box inside 99 ranch's hot foods area.
I used to go there to eat before they have couple table no many and some outside also too but lately I been order take out and flavor and I quality still the same. Is a kinda fast food restaurant but with a different taste than Panda is more like home or like Chinese restaurants food no like fast food. I love their chicken salad( that one needs to be order is not part of the fast food menu) , string bean with chicken , chow mein and their sweet and sour pork very tasty. If you go there they have like combination plates like for 2 or 3 items and a soup for one price. But they also have a more extensive menu.

Now I see why 2 stars Been coming here for 20 years and the owner proceeded to tell me that you're not allowed to pick three items of the same Item on their hot plate table makes absolutely no sense to me they have never had an issue with us in the past I told the owner that you need to post this on your sign so people know so we are not a guessing game and then he proceeded to be rude and told me that he could refuse service and I said that's fine I will never come to your establishment ever again very unprofessional place to deal with Combo Plate

Okey first off before even entering Lucky's Chinese bistro I had already had a tough day seeing a Hawks head be sliced clean off it's body by another hawk. Then my managers made me wait 6 hours rather than the usual 3 so at this point I'm HANGRY. When I enter the bistro with my Fiancee, I ask specifically while pointing to exactly what I want while making sure the women's eyes see it. I asked for veggitarian rice. I ask for veggitarian noodles. I ask for veggitarian steamed veggies I ask for veggitarian what I assumed was chow fun flat noodles. What I Got was veggitarian noodles, rice, Cow Beef broccoli and a noodle dish that not I nor my fiancee could stomach to even get down our throughts. So there where 3 simple expectations!! 1. Veggitarian food 2. Edible food 3. And fair refund if it was not the first two. So as you could imagine I got a little frustrated because expectations 1. Was too high and expectations 2. Was apparently also too high. So I figured I'm just get a refund for what I didn't order wich was the $5 flat noodles I first reasoned with the cashier saying "I ordered that. You gave me that. And when expecting it to be the type of flat noodles that I know (edible) it was not. It was $5 can I please have a refund yes or no?" She gets hella mad at me for not eating litteral unedible food at least for me and fiancee and angerly gives us a $1.50. this business in doing so admittedly does refunds but WILLINGLY, BEING IN THE WRONG, WILL STEAL FROM YOU giving you less than 3/5 of what they actually owe you. She was very rude. She stole my money like the thief she is!!!! She was in the wrong!! She didn't even have to give me a refund but she did choose to. She said yes with her action by even opening the till. I would give this a 0/5 if Yelp allowed. Do not go here!!!!! They are rude. Wrong order. And thief's!!!!!!!!!

I should have looked at the reviews first but passed by few times and wanted to give benefit of doubt. Fast casual place, similar to Panda Express ordering. 2 item is )$10.95 and 3 item is 12.95 I tried the 2 item with chow fun, black pepper chicken and broccoli with beef. The lady asked if wanted fried rice, chow mein or chow fun Small portions Very salty But after she rang it up , she charged for 3 items but didn't notice until I looked at receipt later on. I wouldn't have minded if food was good but it was bad. Definitely will not be back.
